Tobacco Absolute help

I got some tobacco Absolute that has already been diluted 50% in PGA.
One user says to dilute this mixture 4 drops to 10ml and then use this mixture @ 2 drops per 10ml for final juice. I know this stuff is strong, but that seems way too diluted.
Another user says he uses this at 1 drop per 10ml, that seems way too strong.

What is the proper ratio for diluting this? I know taste is subjective, but there should be a common starting point right??

tobacco Absolute.

This thick, extremely strong flavor should be diluted in a 1:100 ratio with Pure Grain Alcohol (PGA) ONLY (it is NOT water soluble).
Our recommended dilution is 1 drop of tobacco absolute per 5ml of pure grain alcohol (PGA).
This diluted mixture can then be added to your Flavor it Yourself liquid as a flavoring.
Suggested use, one drop of diluted mixtures per 3ml batch of DIY mixed liquid (subject to personal tastes)
Be forewarned, if this tobacco absolute is not diluted properly it will result in a VERY strong tobacco flavor that may be undesirable!

One drop per 5 mL was plenty strong for me (for Tobacco Absolute that's already been diluted 50% in PGA by the supplier).

I was talking to a supplier the other day about this, and he confirmed that it should be "diluted by a large ratio" and "it's tobacco with a capital T". (in fact, I think he used all caps. lol)
He recommended to dilute the 50/50 to 1:10 and then use that mix as a flavoring for small batches. Start with a couple of drops to 10ml of juice and work it up from there if it's not enough.
I like it mixed with other tobacco flavors. I'm vaping it with flavourart camtel and it's great.
