I had the same problem when i started vaping. I think this might be a common thing with vaping. When i first got my PV, it was harsh on my throat, but tat went away pretty quickly. But for, maybe two weeks, vaping was really hard on my throat in the morning. Kind of felt like when i first vaped/smoked a analog when i had a cold/sore throat. But, it's fine now... Either way, i don't think it had anything to do with the equipment, of course, a different/lighter juice could make it easier.

Hopefully more people chime in, I've wondered if this is something every vaper goes through.

Yeah, I had a really nasty sore throat the week I switched over. And I could barely inhale the vapor without coughing for a day or two. I believe this was caused more by the trauma of not smoking cigs then by anything in the liquid, but there is no way of knowing for sure and everyone is different... I had some minor lip sores from being messy with liquids as well. It all got better within a week or two.
If you find yourself unable to vape without coughing, try filling your mouth with the vapor and then slowly letting it out to be inhaled through the nose. Or don't bother inhaling into the lungs -- just blow it out your nose. You'll still get a decent amount of nic that way.

I find that occurs for me too sometimes after a night of heavy vaping. How long has it been since your last analog?

Now, granted I'm only 6 days without analogs and still waiting for all of the tobacco cessation symptoms to subside, but have been taking note to experiment with both liquid types, mixture ratios and also flavorings. Based on what I've read from experiences on the forum, all three could contribute.

Finding what (if anything) works for you seems to be key.
