How are people working the airflow? I've never had anything with a top airflow option before, but am generally not interested because my understanding has been that it's a flavor killer. I was super excited for the bi-directional airflow though, hoping it would reduce airflow deadspots on the coil that always gunk up quicker. But now I'm wondering if it is actually impacting the flavor.

I switched to the single-slot ring now, have all the airflow coming from behind through the reducer, but this thing puts out so much flavor that my vaper's nose has kicked in again, which is making it much harder to decide whether my flavor has improved or not haha.

What problems we vapers have lol! At least it's mostly enjoyable ones. So far I've only used the dual slot ring & closing it off half way. It's pretty tasty at 30 watts. But these notch coils do drink the juice quickly. Having some issues filling up, I do loosen up the wick to allow air in & poke the fill hole but using 70vg 30pg it doesn't fill easily. Will try & rewick tomorrow with rayon.

Got mine a couple hours ago and I must say I'm impressed. Pulled the coil/wick set up and gave it a wash. Thought to rewick with rayon right away but put the factory build back in after cutting down the wicks. I had some older go to juice which just wasn't doing it for me anymore so it had been sitting for a while. Thought I would try that just to see what the all the flavor buzz was about with this atty. Put about 3ml in it and dammed if it didn't bring out that good flavor I remembered from this juice. My eyes got big so I polished off the tank and pulled the cotton, then wicked with rayon and filled the tank with some nicoticket ACB. Vaping bliss right now. They did a pretty good Flippin job with this thing. It is at the top of my rotation right now. Only thing is it needs a deeper juice well. Chugs the juice as others say.

This is my first post, felt I had to chime in because like many of you, I too pre-ordered from AngelCigs way back on April 6th. Its been delayed 3 times. It wouldn't be so bad if it was China's fault for the delay, but now that so many vendors across the USA have it in stock, and so many of you already have yours in hand, it is messed up that Angel Cigs, a supposed professional respected company, would drop the ball on this so hard.

I only choose them because it seemed like lot of the famous YouTube reviewers vouched for them, plus the fact that they were taking pre-orders since the beginning of April and had a supposed "USA, CA" warehouse where it would be shipping from. I understand delays and mistakes happen, but for independent eBay sellers and mom and pop stores to already carry them, I cant see how AngelCigs can justify this.

They emailed us saying it was delayed due to "faulty glass" or some such, but this is just ridiculous.

I've been checking this site which I found on google typing in "wismec theorem delays" a few weeks ago, and have been checking back everyday to read the comments.

Im glad most of you who didnt order through AngelCigs got them so quickly, and awesome to hear all the rave reviews.

I really want to pre-order the SX Mini Q Class as well, but no way I'm going through AngelCigs again. They did reply to me email inquiries about my order, but was given minimal information and no guarentee of when I would have it in hand. I just checked my order again now and it doesnt even have a shipping/tracking number tied to it.

Can anyone recommend a trusted company with a great track record that would be best for ordering my SX Mini Q?

I hope to become more involved with this group, looks like a great tight knit group of enthusists like myself infected with the sickness of getting "the newest vape sh*t".

Just got an email... Angelcigs finally shipped my Theorem! Glad I didn't cancel this morning!
If I hadn't just seen this post I wouldn't have known mine shipped as well. Yesterday morning while on the forum I was debating canceling but something said the minute I do that's when they'll start shipping so I left it alone.

Hi @JARD & welcome!!!!!

Angelcigs is actually a pretty good vendor. I've bought plenty of authentic stuff from them & I fully believe if they could've somehow managed to have the Theorem weeks ago, they would've shipped sooner. I'm not a fan of preorders but bit the bullet for this one cause I had a feeling this is going to be one of those hard to keep in stock items.

As far as having several delays- that's part of the pros/cons to preordering. We don't like it but it happens. The fact other vendors rec'd shipments a few days sooner isn't something to sweat about- you'll end up raising your own blood pressure for nothing.

Sorry I cant be of any assistance in regards to some other place to get your SX from but if you find some place that has it in stock, let us know......we'll definitely let you know whether or not that particular vendor is any good. :sneaky:

I wonder if someone get his Wismec Theorem RTA yet? The design of that tank is really good. And I just can't stop imagining how it look like after using, the mixture of cotton waste and oily e-juice. Somebody tells me please?
If you check previous posts you find that a lot of users such as I have posted pics of our Theorem. So go ahead and check it

I ordered mine on march 31st. I'd guess you may be waiting on a second batch or hopefully yours will ship today?

Welcome @JARD! This is a wonderful community, everyone is very friendly & nice. I did a goggle search for you on the SX Mini Q & it seems to be on preorder everywhere. Don't know if you want to go that route again. But Vapordna, vapenw, myvaporstore are all pretty reliable vendors. Vapenw does 20% of preorders though, go check their site. Hope this helps.

Imo these coils are the biggest difference for
Well I still haven't been able to decide which way I prefer the airflow, but this notch coil is...freakin spotless still. After more than a dozen tankfuls. Not a speck of build-up to be seen. Unreal.
i got great flavor from the single control ring but the dual ring about 3/4 open does the trick for me now. great flavor with a more open draw and loads of vapor. Funny thing too is that I fell asleep in the recliner last night and woke up an hour or so later with the mod laying on my chest. I thought i would have a big spot on my shirt from e-juice and glanced down to see nothing. not even a drip. I've had a few bad experiences with most of my attys after dosing off o_O, but this one surprised me.

As far as the notch coils go, I think these could be the future of hassle free vaping. I still enjoy building my own but if these are consistent then they are definitely going to be well stocked in my household.

Thanks for the welcome! Looks like they moved the date again to May on AngelCigs. It's my first time pre ordering from anywhere, I guess I was just unlucky this time. I bit the bullet and bought one from my local shop for $28. Guess the AngelCigs one will have to be my spare, once it gets here.

I tried it out last night, and was getting burn hits using my IPV D2 @ 14 watts! Was super bummed out. I tightened the hex screws and everything.

Then I decided to pop it into my Smok Cube Mini, and now it vapes fine @ 44 watts. Thats so strange why the IPVD2 was giving me burn hits.

Anyhow here's my initial review, using Smok Mini mod.

Hits pretty well, the flavor is very pronounced. I used the dual airflow ring, and so far so good. I hate to say it, but if I had to compare to the Avacado, the Avacado would still edge this out. I'm using the notch coil, it does heat up fast, but I feel I will enjoy it more when I sitch out to my alien wire or my claptons.

It looks sexy as hell, a beauty to behold for sure.

Im used to using the wide boar tip on my Avacado, so this smaller glass drip tip on the Theorem didnt feel as strong, but the flavor cant be denied.

I will keep using throughout the week with different type coils and keep you guys updates.

And thanks for the tips and advice guys, I appreciate the warm welcome here.

Im a vape addict lol, I love getting all the latest new stuff, Im a sucker for sexy, sleek, high end looking devices and mods.

Looking forward to getting to know all of you, seems like the hardcore of the hardcore hangout here; finally some people I can relate to about vaping online.

The reason why the IPV D2 was giving you burnt hits is because that mod doesn't step-down voltage in power mode. The work around is putting it in TC mode and dialing up the power you want (For whatever reason it has step-down in TC but not wattage/power mode). Without step-down, the atomizer is seeing the Voltage of the battery (4.2v fully charged)

Cheers,
Steve

Thanks for the tip! I never use temp control, can you please let me know how to do that exactly? I just switched out the notch with a alien coil on my Smok Mini and its working perfectly now; long drags and no burn hits!
Well the notch coils are SS so you would put your mod in TC (select SS), set the Joules at what you would set the wattage at, then you can either set your temperature at what you prefer (I'm normally in the 420-450F range). You could also just set it to 600F and it would work like normal power mode because you probably wouldn't reach 600F.

The thing is in TC the D2 will step down the voltage. It's just a workaround because imo it's a bug in the firmware of the mod that it doesn't step down in power mode.

PS. In TC, think of joules as watts. When using TC, the temperature is how hot your vape will get. The Joules setting is how fast it will get there.

When using TC wire, the mod calculates the temperature of the coil by comparing the rise in resistance to the room temperature resistance of the coil

I was just trying to give you a workaround so you can use your D2 and have voltage step down. Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Steve

After filling your juice did u use your allen key to make some space between the cotton wicks and the chamber~ just watch Suck my mods vid on you tube and see how he does it~
I dont have dry hits but man this thing is hot! I realized to get good flavor need to go above atleast 45W which is quite extreme for me under that i dont get much flavor just loads of clouds ~ need some help as well
And yes just found out that this aint to go tank cause when u take it around it leaks all over dang it..... A real con for me..
That's funny, my friend shot a vid of holding hers upside down, and all, to show us that she's had no leaks whatsoever.
