The 5 month atomizer?

I've read that atomizers last about two weeks!
I've been vaping on the same two I got with my starter kit since October 7th.
I've never washed them, dry ran them, etc... just drip and vape, drip and vape.

Just wondering why everyone says two weeks?
How long have your atty's lasted?

I'm running an authentic JOYE 510

I use LR's and usually get about 2 months out of them. A few have popped, but usually vapor production just isn't what it used to be so I put a new one on. They'd probably go longer though. Try a new one and compare the performance.

Yeah... I saw a 10 pack of JOYE510 atty's for sale for like $42.00 or so that I was going to buy.
Should be interesting to see the difference. Maybe the ones I have are wearing out and I just don't know it!

I have several attys that lasted me well over 3 months, and, like you, I never clean them. I just blow them out every day or two. I also occasionally get a dud or two that only last a couple of weeks, but that is to be expected on a disposable part. Thanks for the post. Much appreciated.

I just lost my favorite eGo XL atty. I was 4 months old when it died during a dry burn.

I’m averaging about 3 months for eGo XL atty’s which I don’t think is that bad. I get them at Liberty Flights and they are warranted for 2 months.

I lost 2 atty's since I started vaping one got ran over by my friends car and my second atty my tank died yesterday after 2 months. I just blow them out and have soaked a couple in 151 rum to get flavors out.

Out of my six attys I lost one on my 5 month anniverary. The other 5 are still working fine after almost 6 months. Three of them are Joye atty's and three are Bauway attys. The Bauways work best on my 5VT passthrough and the Joye work great on all my PV's. I cleaned them more often in the beginning but in the past few months I only occasionally give them an alcohol bath and overnight drying.

I'm still burning the same attys since January and getting nervous LOL...I was thinking of ordering some 901 attys from valuevapor.com for $4.99 each , but $36.95 ( +2.20 shipping) @ vaporkings.com !!! Has anyone used vaporking.com bulk DSE 901 attys from here ? Any good ? They say they are authentic ...

I just poped my first atty the other day......my fault tho just stuck a bridgless joye 510 on my 6.4v and it was dry..so what did my dumba** do, drop a drop of cold juice on a blazing hot coil lesson learned

I suppose it would depend on how often you vape. Halo attys are rated for 100,000 puffs, according to the Halo website. I can't say for sure because I've only had mine about 10-12 days, but they work great. I know that carts hold 15 drops, cartomizers (Halo) hold one ml, but I'm not sure how many puffs a person can get out of a drop, a carto, a cart? So I don't know how many weeks or months a atomizer will last if it last 100,000 puffs. I think I figured about six months, for me at least, but I don't remember exactly how I did the math on that. I think I was basing it on just over 500 puffs a day - which is probably what I'm vaping.

I'll have to update this with a lifespan when my first Halo atty burns out.

Not a heavy vaper but still using the same joye 510 atty after about 3 months. I don't fuss over it like some. Just blow it out when moving from one flavor to another. I think constantly fussing with them could be a detriment.

So far I've had mixed ranges. The longest lasting 510 atty I have is around 4.5 months and counting, and the shortest was a 510 atty that crapped out after 1.5 months or so. I'm curious to see how long this tank atty for my ego is going to last, since they are a bit more expensive than the 510 attys to replace. I tend to tanke care of them though and cycle my attys out. After about a week of hard vaping on one I'll let it soak in alcohol for about a day, air fry for about a day, and then I put a few drops of VG in it to sit till it come back around in the cycle.

While they are eng used though, I'll vape off 3-6 ml a day through an atty, depending on what I'm doing, and I don;t really blow them out. Once I screw it on, it pretty much stays on my PV till the next week. I just drip plain PG into them between flavors. So I figure they deserve a break after they hell I put them through.

I suppose that's one of the major players isn't it. How much you actually use the thing. I've read a thread where people say they vape 10ml in 1-2 days

I buy my batteries and atomizers from Vaporkings, all 510 stuff to date, and they have authentic JOYE parts

I bought a box of 10 JOYE 510 atomizers for like $46.00 since mine are getting old. I tested them all but haven't used any yet.
