Tesla FirePhoenix I - keeps working after button released

When i release a power button the led light on the button goes out but mod keeps working and is still heating the coil - it happens every 30-60 puffs.
And in that case 10 seconds cutoff protection doesn't work - so if I dont press a button again (sometimes 2 or three times) it will work endlessly (until the coil is burned)
Now I have to smoke Tesla in quiet environmkent so I can hear if it's actually off
My suplier replaced electronics but the problem did not dissapear.
I dont know - Is it common firephoenix I problem, my suplier lied to me about replacing electronics or am I just unlucky?
Did anybody else experience similar problem with that mod?

You definately have a defective device there. If it's new, you should have your supplier replace it.

As I wrote before I already sent it once. Suplier send me back the same unit cliaming that he fixed it by replacing electronics.
Did he really do it? - who knows I think repairing suach a cheap mod makes no sens - u just replace it.
Anyway I will send it back again.
