I got after the voltage drop on my PRC Ionbox again. Although I made great improvement previously I still wasn't satisfied. I took some fine Emory and polished the area of the top plates two pieces where they contact each other and am now satisfied. Now a very respectable voltage drop. I was careful not to "round" the two surfaces. They had a bead blasted like finish originally.

Anybody have experiences with these two? If so, do you like them?

I have a few of those negative contacts, they are pretty nice, but they are a little difficult to get to if you have big fingers as they sit almost flush with the edge of the battery.
This type is much easier to get to,as the nubs that stick out come out just a bit past the battery,I haven't tried the SXK ones, but I have several of the authentics that these are based off of,

Well "DEALS" wouldn't work for my purchase of 2 SXK translucent black boros. I did the gift certificate thing, had to do it 2 of them as it said "free shipping" till went to complete my order.
I was going to get 2 regular black ones but then changed it when I seen GC's were minimum of $5.

So I got up for work and continued getting a better voltage drop on the new Ionbox. The majority of the improvement was the result of adding a blob of silver solder to the positive contact on the cell to increase it's length to make it fit tighter.

Could you post a photo or two of your fixes when you get a chance? I don't sense a voltage drop in my SEVO version (can't measure it) but they're physically the same as the DNA versions so it must be happening. Mine hits harder than other SEVO mods but maybe SXK did a firmware update to their 70 board.

Polish the spot on the battery door where the cell's negative end contacts with fine Emory/sandpaper.
Using a 100 watt + soldering gun apply flux/ silver solder to positive contact on cell. Be fast to avoid transferring too much heat to cell. Approx. 1.5 mm tall blob. Clean off flux. File/sand a flat spot and to size it.
