Have any runners/cyclists moved from dip to
vaping? If you have, did you notice a hit on you time, stamina? TIA

Howdy, and welcome. Fwiw, I too was trying to push myself into a sport (windsurfing) after being a 1.5 pack a day smoker for 30 years. In the first 2 years I could barely sail out, turn around, come back once without running out of breath. And often I got stranded out in the water for being out of breath. Within a month after completely switching from camels to vape, I noticed significant gains in pulmonary endurance, and now 2 years later I can almost keep up with all my non-smoking sailor friends. It was like I got a whole new set of lungs. I love windsurfing way more now too.
From all I've read, vaping is far less carcinogenic than tobacco (smoke or dip), with the exceptions of burning your juice; using juice flavors made from tobacco extracts; using juice flavors of unknown and possibly carcinogenic ingredients.
Good luck with your vaping experience.
