Suicide Bunny Question.....

So I did a splurge and purchased 4 of the 5 Suicide Bunny flavors (I've seen them recommended on this forum and by several rl friends as well...Got them on sale for $18 each a local B&M...They were out of the 5th flavor and "taste testing" wasn't an option)

I got 0 nic, because options were only the high nic or 0, and since I'm vaping in the 6-9mg range, I figured 0 would be a nice change of pace for late night vaping.....

Now I know taste is subjective....but could I have gotten a bad or old batch????

I ask because this stuff tastes like old milk and melted plastic....(I get the creamy mouth feel...but no real fruit on either the mother's milk or sour punch...just a fake plastic taste. Derailed is tolerable, but very weak and the banana is a little off.....and OB is so plastic tasting I can't even mix it with anything else, it ruins anything it touches. (I even busted out new coils for a second try and tested tanks after with other juices, which tasted just fine)

Ironically I usually like or can at least tolerate anything that is well liked by a large number of people...especially flavors referred to me by friends, they know my taste profile and in the past they have been spot on with recommendations.....but this is $80 in the trash.....could the retailer have stored it improperly? Does this happen when the "Bunny" gets old?

I also tried some of the Suicide Bunny flavors because so many seem to like them.
I didn't care for them either.
Just more proof that taste is subjective, lol.

Mother's Milk is decent, imo but no where near what it should be for the price.

What equipment are you using? That will play a MAJOR part in SB juices. I am a personal fan of all of them. When I first got Mothers Milk, I wasn't impressed either. I kinda wondered what all the hyoe was about.

Their juices really are best in drippings RBAs. They just dont work that well in most tanksetups, even KayFuns. They will work, they just won't shine like they should. Once I realized that, Mothers Milk is now my all-time favorite juice!!

This is true with respect to all juices. All flavors will be more pronounced in a dripper or a REO mod with a bottom fed atomizer. There is no comparison. A REO mod is a mobile dripper. Just saying!!

Very true, but I have noticed myself, and others have since agreed that SB tends to gunk up coils and is just never a consistant vape in a tank set up.

Once in a while when I'm lucky I'll take a tankful for my kfun
Like you said though taste is subjective. I would let it steep for a few weeks and come back to it. I've had some juices turn really good after spending some alone time.

I tried it in my Triton (old set up I use to test new juice since I have a lot of tanks/coils) also tried on a 134 mini with x.1 and 30s tanks....not into RBAs yet, I tend to like an idiot proof fill and go system, and dripping with kids and pets underfoot isn't possible for me.

OLEFOLKS and GMAYBERRY are right, your equipment affects SB juices significantly. I stared using O.B., Sucker Punch and Derailed in my original starter kit, just a cheap Smoov tank and Batt combo. Flavours were excellent even the subtle ones. When I upgraded my rig to a Provari and Nautilus only the O.B. was any good, the other two had a chemical taste. I still have my original equipment so I can still enjoy the flavours when I want so no wasted product.

Yeah it would its like Italian food always tastes better a few days later. Same concept only it takes a while longer for everything to really blend.
I bought some lazerus trinity 2 months ago tasted great at the shop, came home filled he tank and it tasted like me Hankey the Christmas poo. Though it in the steep box and forgot about it. Filled a tank yesterday and OMG ITS LIKE VAPIMF GOLD.

Update: I got to sample the juices in a different set up and while still not my preference, they aren't horrible and plastic now....

Before they were..."OMG, give me a real cig, it would taste better than this".....Now they are more, "Not an ADV, but I could finish the bottle"

Not sure if it was the steeping or the "dripper", or a combination of the two....but the flavor did improve. YMMV.
