I would only consider a Reuleaux if you bought it with Evolve dna chip , i think the P4U iPV III Li is a superior mod as it's proven with a great chipset by a great chipset manufacturer .

I have never heard of the manufacturer of the Reuleaux (jaybo) or something lol . I just stick to mods that have proven chipsets and are proven to be rugged as hell because there is no mod out there now that provides a superior vape to what people were vaping a year and a half ago .

It's just design differences , when something does come along thats worth blowing money on i will have the money to buy it but that includes avoiding all these "new name who knows" mods that are flooding the market .
Check out reviews of the Wismec Reuleaux rx200. Several of the top reviewers included it in their top 5 mods of 2015, many of them put it in first place (before any DNA 200 mod). Wismec is a sister company of Joyetech, who've been in the vaping business longer than most, and they've proven themselves with the chip in the Evic vtc mini. Vape Forward (VaporFlask) even use Wismec/Joyetech chips in their new vaporflask line. The rx200 is a great mod, though not perfect (no mod is) and certainly not for everyone. Before dismiss a product you should be somewhat informed about it.

I am informed about it , i think Joyetch stuff is of poor quality compared to most others i have tried , i have owned Joytech in the past , never again . I know you disagree and thats fine , the Evic mini is a mediocre mod at best to me .

Thanks for your comment though

Well, you said you had no idea of the manufacturer of the Reuleaux. That's why I assumed that you weren't informed. If you knew it was a joyetech chip/connected company, and that you had (recent) experience with their products, you might've told so. For its price point I can't think of anything that would beat the Evic mini. What do you think is better than it, and why?

As for nothing having happened in the vape world in the last year and a half that makes current devices better, I disagree. Yes, we got temp control back then, but it was very primitive compared to what's around now. The possibility to use several different wires, firmware updateability etc having become standard. Tc with higher resistance wire and at higher wattages makes it possible to do temp control with more complex coil builds. Even cheaper devices give much more possibility to tailor the vape.

Yes i did say i did not know who Jaybo was but when someone mentioned Joytech is behind the mod thats all i needed to know , don't like any of their products .

It's a new and unproven mod to me , best thing going for it is how cheap it is , most Joytech products are very cheap .

I have taken apart most every mod i have owned over the years ( a retired longtime electronic repair tech for a major company ) and the Joytech mods i have had were poorly soldered , terrible parts quality ( this mod seems to have improved in regard to that) and the assembly on the inside was atrocious . Only Eleaf was worse from what i have witnessed .

Imo the temp control out there today has not advanced much imo , manufacturers are trying to add everything and anything even if it's useless to entice new buyers into thinking a new mod will provide a superior vape.

I just don't detect much if any difference in vape quality between todays latest and mods that were around a year or so ago , again this is just my opinion based on mods i have tried recently (luckily i have access to try what many feel is the latest and greatest) because i have two well stocked vape shops next to me although i rarely go , just to old to move around that much lol.

Bedtime for me but i will have to say we agree to disagree , have a good evening.
