What kind of wick are you using between your microcoils?

Save your face and study batt safety.

My all time favorite; the UD IGO-F with 3/32" ID twisted 30GA kanthal at 1.2 ohms on IMR 18350 or 18650:

One of my favorite cloud machines with twisted 30GA and Samsung INR-18650-20R:

So your a twisted 30GA fan like me.

Looks like your 30GA is twisted about twice as much as mine. My twisted 30GA is close to 28GA single strand but yours is closer to a much thicker gauge. Maybe 26GA or 24GA?

I didn't notice you could twist different tightness so simulate 28GA, 26GA, etc.; cool.

How long can you use a microcoil, rewicking with ekowool or cotton? How long do the wicks last?

Cotton wicks last about 1 to 4 weeks w/ heavy usage w/ unflavored. Most of mine TP refresh, so I rarely change wicks out; just tug to refresh wick. Cotton wick change only takes a couple minutes on many builds and is dirt cheap. Some flavorings clog wick quick. I only use flavored in RDA w/ easy change wick.

Twisted 30GA coils and other heavy gauge coils last months. If fouled remove wick, dry burn, then rewick.

try using twisted kanthal http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...cussion/498945-my-build-ego-octopus-mini.html
there is a short description in this thread ^ on how to twist the kanthal. may take some practice but its worth it. when you twist it your increasing surface area and decreasing resistance. so you are able to get more wraps on the wick and have the same resistance as if you used normal kanthal.

i use http://lightning-vapes.myshopify.com/
good stuff at a really good price..

How long did you have to wait for your wick and wire from them?
