Strange Billing issues from Healthcabin

I attempted to place an order on Healthcabin Tuesday evening. However when i put in my payment information i was redirected to another site called Samiko Global. So the order that was processed was in a different amount than my order was . When i looked at the order, it was not items i purchased.. I immediately went to their chat feature and inquired what was going on and told them to either cancel the order or ship me the correct items. I received a strange response . apologies for the delay and claiming that he had not received payment ( see attached screenshot) . I am considering contacting my bank and disputing the charge, Does anyone have any advice ?

    I have bought from chinese vape retailers who used another business to process their transactions when paypal dropped the axe on chinese vape retailers.

    Did you check to see if the charge was actually debited from your account?

    I say screw this noise and use Sourcemore instead.
