I attempted to place an order on Healthcabin Tuesday evening. However when i put in my payment information i was redirected to another site called Samiko Global. So the order that was processed was in a different amount than my order was . When i looked at the order, it was not items i purchased.. I immediately went to their chat feature and inquired what was going on and told them to either cancel the order or ship me the correct items. I received a strange response . apologies for the delay and claiming that he had not received payment ( see attached screenshot) . I am considering contacting my bank and disputing the charge, Does anyone have any advice ?
