Thanks for the input, I haven't seen the doctor because I never liked finding out that there was a problem, I'm stubborn and would rather turn my head the other way.
Well my sense of smell has improved lately as well as taste, but the breathing problems are still occurring but not as bad as before. Now it feels like I need a cigarette kind of anxiety rather than before when it felt like I just wanted an oxygen tank.
I have also noticed sitting up straight helps me breathe better and doing deep breathing exercises sometimes helps too.
I know I don't have the best health, these breathing problems coupled with my cold bluish toes are signs that blood pressure is too low or more likely low hemoglobin/oxygen levels. I'm going to keep my feet warm, even though it is 70 degrees Fahrenheit here my feet feel like they have their own air conditioning system
... Since there are no stroke symptoms, nausea/dizzy/blurry vision/unconsciousness I feel like the problem will go away as I let my lungs clear up and improve oxygen in my blood. The bluish toes occur when I remain standing for a while most likely because of the lowered bp and low oxygen concentration coupled.
I'm going to increase my liquid intake to increase osmotic pressure in the venous system thus increasing bp and hopefully increasing oxygen levels reaching my toes
.
Preliminary research into my cold toes points to Raynaud's Syndrome:

It seems to be harmless at first glance, but will look into it some more. Definitely does not appear to be genetic so most likely Secondary type, might be drug induced lupus erythematosus.
