My experience with fruits and some other flavors goes completely opposite of what I hear on the ECF - that they do not require much steeping. I find that they do.

I mixed some Loran's Juicy Peach two months ago and didn't like it at all - even after a whole week of steeping. Decided to try it again just now, and man, what a difference two months of steeping can make. It now tastes great. The liquid has completely changed - both in color and taste. I find same thing with vanilla which everyone says does not need much steeping. To me it tastes like butter at first, for nearly two weeks, but then afterwards it begins to taste like it should. Am I THAT different from everyone else? I mix at 50/50.

Yes, some fruits are better when steeped IMO.

And I've also found that the Vanillas, Chocolates, Custards, and some Creams need at least 2 weeks to taste good.

Not that they taste bad, just mostly absent or different.

I've got so many different things mixed up ahead that steeping is not really an issue for me anymore, as most of them are
already +2 weeks old anyway.

Steeping/aging can be affected by your pg/vg ratio so it may be their ratio is more pg based. Being thinner, pg is easier to mix and disperse the flavor. I understand that some flavors really do need to age before coming out. I haven't tried peach or just plain vanilla so I can't answer for that except maybe they have more of an alcohol base that needs to dissipate before the actual flavor shines through.
