If you are talking about a tiny bit of vape in your mouth due to either inadequate wicking and/or your tank is flooded (both those things are fixable by the way) well, it's probably in a small enough quantity that it may not affect you much. However, some folks do get stomach upset if they're actually swallowing nic, and that could wind up being an unpleasant effect. Some people can handle it (I have a cast iron stomach for example). But, if it's every puff, I could see that adding up over time.
I think the question you rather want to ask is, "How can I get rid of this spit back?" I don't know your setup, but it's either insufficient wick, not high enough (or too high, occasionally) wattage, or you are getting flooding when you fill your tank. The latter can be fixed by gently blowing through the air holes holding a napkin to catch the excess, and then blow and the liquid trapped in the atomizer's chimney will be removed.
Spitback isn't ah, something to enjoy it's kind of a sign that you aren't using your vape equipment properly.
