I admit this is a personal mystery all my own, but it's driving me crazy! Like many others, the first ecig I bought was the njoy (Npro) so probably only those who've tasted their juice can I hope may be able to help me.

The ONE thing about the Njoy I like is their juice, and no matter what they call it (Vanilla or Traditional or whatever....) there is a flavor in it that is to me far superior to any other flavors I've tasted so far. And that is the mystery.

I've generally tried all other flavors, you might say, and many are very good. But what I've not yet tried are any of the tobacco flavors. Could it be that Njoy used a light tobacco flavor as a base for their juices that make them soooo good?

Does anyone here who have tasted Njoy's flavors agree with me, and if so, have you successfully identified what that flavor is? I'm determined to find out, if there is any way under the sun.

Edit: Njoy sells the carts but not the juice....so I can't buy some to use in my better PV's.

thewomenfolk--If you buy their Penstyle cartridges, you can use them in any 801 type device which opens the door to practially ever Mod there is and the Prodigy, etc. I would concur that the base is a tobacco flavor with the flavorings added across the board.

***********

Sun Vaporer, I should have added that 10 Njoy carts are $20.00 and each one lasts about 15 puffs with inconsistent vapor on the Njoy ecig. I succomed to the first temptation to buy another box of 10, but can't do that again. You also think just maybe the base could be a tobacco? Maybe a sweet tobacco....it's not at all obvious if its tobacco.

Luv2CUSmile, I think I read somewhere on this Forum that Dekang (China?) makes the juice for their carts but I don't know where they are.

Hinterscher, I'm soooo glad to find a kindred spirit!!! Be sure to let me know if you ever discover the secret and I'll do likewise! :)

Thanks for all your responses and let's get some more....please.

I like the NPRO carts too, but way too pricey, and I have other units that I use more now. I bought another box when my carts got ragged, I might have to do that again since the ones I got from HG are the hard plastic with the cap in the end... hate that.
The best thing I did when trying to mix menthol was to add some tobacco to it, DUH!

you can get liquid out of carts.. its not that cost effective but it can and used to be done.. during the olympic games (a six week period as i remember) china stopped all shipments of bottled e liquid..

you need some tweezers and a large-ish syringe.. tweezer the wool out of the carts.. put the wet wool into the syringe two or three at a time and squeeze it into a liquid battle..

it can then be used just like normal liquid.. there isnt much of a loss..

the cheapest way of doing it way back then was to buy large pipe carts to get liquid.. carts tend to cost the same irrespective of the liquid they contain..

I've never had an njoy but similarly, the 'tobacco' flavoring in the e-cigs and carts that come with/you can buy from these guys as whole e-cigs or as spare carts (but not e-juice directly) I thought was really good, maybe the best I've had:

ecigarette : Electronic Cigarette by Disposablecig.com $23.99 buy and two ecigarettes and receive a free charger,Free Shipping, 2-3 days for deliver by U.S. mail, U.S.A. Company

They were where I bought my very first e-cigs (which it turns out are 401's)

I wonder if some of this sort of thing is the result of thinking the very first thing you ever had was the best you ever had?

PS, those guys really shot up in price since I've been there. I got mine there for $17.99!

Nooooooo....the Njoy's flavor is far superior to any flavor/juice I've ever tasted, and I've tasted alot. I just bought another 10 carts from Njoy, my last....but I just had to have some more!

Most suppliers of eLiquid are distributors of Dekang eLiquid, and I believe that is the liquid that goes in standard carts. I do not know about nJoy, just passing on some related info.
You can recognize the Dekang bottles pretty much on sight, they all look alike, with a very professional looking label: green pinstriping across the top and bottom, a green warning message, a representative circular picture, and bolded black title and production and expiration dates. Unless, of course, it's been purchased in larger bulk quantities and repackaged. Then who knows.

miketr, thanks for the description of the Dekang bottles. I haven't ordered any yet, but wonder if any of their juice tastes like what's in the Njoy carts.

The Njoy carts have a vague RY4 smell. I don't like RY4 so I wonder what Njoy adds to it, if in fact that's what it is. Could they be using RY4 as a base and adding a honey-like flavor to it?
