So, how do you carry your mod around?

So now I have a terrific setup, but can't quite figure out the best way to carry it around. Just dropping it into my purse doesn't seem like a good idea -it might leak out everywhere, but more importantly it might get damaged clanking against other items.

A separate little wallet or pouch seems a good idea, but I'm wondering how everyone here does it?

I use a small backpac instead of a purse - and keep it in a separate zipped section

My vape is either always in my hand or in my pants pocket. Cargo pant/short pockets are perfect. In over six years of vaping, I've only had e-liquid leak into my pocket maybe one or twice. I should add that I generally only use a pocket-friendly setup when out and about.

Always disable the fire button before transporting your mod in a pocket, purse, or carrying bag. Usually 3 or 5 fast clicks, depending upon your battery device. If carrying spare batteries, use a plastic battery case to avoid shorting out the batteries from contact with coins or keys.

So back pocket.

But my outside mod/tank kit is a sturdy but slim one.

Guess these are all guy perspectives here so far, mine too: back pocket by itself ot jacket / coat pocket. You could sew a little vape pocket in your purse potentially. I would do that to a jacket if I had to.

My purse has a pocket on each side and a front pocket. The side pockets are perfect for my mods and chubbies. Back pocket if I don't have my purse.

I carry several mods/units with me most of the time. Rarely do I carry spare loose charged batteries, so either in the units I have on hand with me, or the rare occasion I'm carrying spare batteries they are in a 2 or 4 bay plastic battery case like mentioned above. I wear cargo pants at work most of the time, carry a small, single battery mod with a tank in the left upper/outer pocket slot, battery case if necessary in the inner left pocket, my Sourin Drop (pod mod) in my pocket I keep my loose paper bills in (emergency mod for a quick nic fix as it is nic salts). After that, I carry a spare single battery mod /w charged battery, a two mods that are DTL (Currently a Dual 20700 battery Squonker, and a dual 18650 mod with a Sub-Ohm RTA), rest of my units are MTL devices, back pack also I carry spare juice and rebuilding supplies. Another option is to carry around a small, even a waist pouch dedicated to solely your vape gear, small enough to carry in one hand with your purse, sepperate pockets in the pouch/case to sepperate mod, batteries, accessories, and spare juice. They also make small dedicated vaping cases to carry mods and supplies.

For the ladies with a larger purse, or as a separate carry-around you could use an eGo case. Enough room for a smaller mod, a couple bottles of e-liquid, micro USB charger or spare 18650 batteries.

The eGo case looks like what I need, I think. Something protective, but not too fussy for carrying whatever seems necessary at the moment.

Also, for some mods, old-style cell phone cases are great.
Some have a cutout for an antenna (think old flip-phone) that's just right for a tank or rda to stick up...

Also look at compact camera cases or portable game cases in the electronic section of department stores; many have a shoulder strap.

And don't forget the unfashionable fanny pack.

A great idea! My DH has found one I can use for now, and a quick test for fit confirms it's a nearly perfect size.

That's what I often use. It is the size of an eyeglass case so if you happen to have any lying around, you can try that

Like others I use the ego case. Whenever I go out I take my dolphins, 1 or 2 depending on how long I will be out.

Same as most of the others, in my hand or pocket when I'm standing, on my desk at work, and in public transports, either in my hand or in the side-pocket of my backpack (it has some kind of nets for bottles, but I slide it in so that it stays upright while I'm sitting)
