Don't do it!!! You've come this far and obviously are committed because look at all the stuff you've tried already. I went through lots of troubles too ( leaking, burnt dry hits, nasty juice.. Several mods ) but I never gave up because my health is too important to me and yours is too. I now use a Provari and tank/ carto and its been the best thing for me so far. Please don't give up and listen to the veterans here.. I try to read as much as I can here to gain from their experience so my learning time will be shorter and less painful. Good luck and keep fighting! I'm rooting for you :)

I have some boba's bounty and use a Kanger T3 - had the same issues... if you take the atomizer out... wiggle the center post above the wick and pull gently, it will come out. the T3 has the wick that is wrapped in a coil and two other ones that just sit there. I kept getting them burnt until I took one out. Now it works just fine. it DOES gurgle occasionally, but tipping it up so the liquid is not touching the wick and hitting it a couple of times usually clears it right up.
Vivi Novas will work with it as well. but you may need to put it in and give it 5 or 10 min to soak into the wick and tip the device to wet the wick every once in a while.

I had all the same problems you did. Im a Bobas freak. I tried almost all the different clearo and vivi style stuff. Very frustrating when your trying to quit. It's expensive too. I've now moved on to rebuildables. I'm pretty sure you don't want to go this route yet.

You do have options.

1. If you want to just fill and vape the easist option is to go with a carto tank. I tried the pre punched ones with 1,2 and 3 holes and they didn't work for me. I tried punching a million holes in different spots and that didn't work either. I ended up having to slot them with a Dremel tool. I would slot them in 3 different spots vertically. About 6 to 8mm per slot. You have many choices for different tanks. I used boge 3ohm cartos(standard resistance).

2. The other option is you can dilute your Bobas. I never thought I would do it but I did. When I order Bobas I would order it with an extra flavour shot. Then I would used distilled water and pg to dilute. I didn't notice any change in flavour.

3. I also used bottom feeder mods. You have lots of options with bottom feeders. I used Reo's.

Please don't give up. You can do it. I'm sure many others have gone through or are still going through what you are.

I had issues with all the clearos, stardusts, top and bottom coils....
I am supprised no-one else mentioned RBA's - EDIT - you beat me to it madco
I switched to mesh and kanthal over 6 months ago and havent looked back, I tried dripping a LR 510 the other day and it was not so bad.. but the taste of silica is noticable.
my experience on mesh is not without issues, but it's good, a lot better than anything else i've vaped, aside from the UFS...
If you consider RBAs don't just go and buy the cheapest out there, I started with a Line v2, still use a Line SS as my main vape, I bought a CHID from a well known site, got it a week ago and it's ok with a little modding, but does not compare to the other, both mesh 400, both 3/4 wraps 32ga.. the CHID is going in the parts box :(

yeah man hang in there...I have 3 vivi novas ..the v3, the Neptune (basically the same as V3 but with an aluminum casing) and a nano...they all work very well for me .. I also have a Kanger T3 that i just got and it to gurgles a bit but its the best clearo i have used as far as vape production and the coolest vape to.

I keep a box of boge lr carto's handy just in case.

just remember bro getting your setup dialed in is half the fun...learning what works for you, keep some empty cartos handy when your stuff seems to not be working right. I also keep 2 or 3 working units handy so I dont run wicks dry...letting a unit sit for a minute sometimes is the fix.

Im so ...... at the inconsistency of all of these clearomizers and atomizers. I want something I fill once a day, doesnt leak, gives clean consistent flavor and I dont have to go and search for replacement parts after a day because the wick burned.

Am I the problem? Ive used cartridges, atomizers, stardusts, and now T3s. Nothing has functioned properly for 2 days in a row. If not a burnt wick its a leak. if not a leak its constant gurgling.

T3 is as close as I can get. I can steady vape on 18 mg juice at times and then bam!!!! Burnt wick. I went with t3 because of the bottom feed system but that doesnt even help.

Anybody!!! Help! Im nearly ready to throw in the towel.

Have you tried a carto-tank yet? I have been getting irritated lately with clearomizers too, carto-tanks work pretty well though!

For me, the most consistent vape I've found is a carto tank, hands down.

Me too. I can't get any of my clearo tanks to work they way I want them to either. The best thing I have found is cartomizer tanks. The draw is better, the flavor is better, and the throat hit is better. I've been using the Smoktech DCT. I liked the one I had so much that I went out and bought 3 more of them today. Please Please Please try these before you go back to cigarettes.

Hey man that worked! pulled a set of strands from the atomizer and boom! Its working. Even the burnt tasting ones.

Gonna upgrade to a better battery and probably carto tanks soon. Thanks everyone. Frustrating results from this leads one to want 36mg juice. Lol

These chinese manufacturing plants seriously need R&D

I haven't had any problems with my t3s. Vivi Novas give me a fit though. They just can't keep up with my chain vaping no matter what voltage I se my twist too.

If you want to try a cartomizer tank search google for the Boge f16 (I'd post a direct link but I don't know if they are an approved vendor). I have been using one for a couple days and love it.

I feel you and sense your worries about dropping cash. Just remember how much cigs are. It your using thick juice you have no choice but to dilute it its the only way without dripping or carto tank . One no convienient and one large unless you go 3 ml. There is a learning curve to this. I had issues with t3 got it working fine with much fiddling but still inconsistent no matter what. I find the t2 is better with less issues. And you can get it for 5 bucks.

You burning wicks because juice is not wicking fast enough you have to dilute your juice with 5-10% water! Depending on thickness of bobas. You have no choice in clearos. You can do it right in the tankage marking help. Cap it and swirl and shake till mixed. You will need to find right percentage to vape well in clearos. To test leave some room in you tank start with 5 then keep adding till your hits get good. When you over dilute vapor will reduce.

There is also a balance in wicking, the wickway should be lightly filled but not over filled.
