Exactly what I was thinking. Cigar and hookah weren't as bad but when I smoked a cigarette I wanted the smoke in my mouth for as little time as possible.

Exactly what I was thinking. Cigar and hookah weren't as bad but when I smoked a cigarette I wanted the smoke in my mouth for as little time as possible.
I'm guilty of this, as well! 
My draw is that vapor is so gentle on your throat that it's incredibly easy to blow rings with. Before I switched, hookah was the only thing I could reliably blow rings with, and most other things would cause me to cough as I tried to move the smoke around.
