Smok upgrade tool

I am wanting to upgrade my xcube 2 but the download link on their website is not working for me. does anyone where else I may get this tool?

from what little I know, you can't do it yourself.

I've upgraded my X CUBE II to its latest version, seems simple enough for me. At that time they also let us upgraded the use of Ti01 and SS wires for free too but you have to do this via bluetooth on your smart phone or tablet.

if you click on the "upgrade tool" lnk does it work for you?
the message that I got was when I clicked on the upgrade tool link. I can get on the page that you just showed
