The Baby is a good tank but it's small. The Big Baby uses the same coils and holds more as well as having a decent RBA.
I'm not going to comment on the coils, I've not had the best of luck with them. Others here have so wait on them. Definitely get the Big Bbay over the Baby though.

I've tried the Cleto, not the Smok tank, as I'm not much of a sub0hmer. I got pretty decent flavor out of the cleto honestly, just big clouds weren't for me. What wattage do you think you want to run it at, and is your pico stick the 75 watt deal? If so you may be able to run your BB or BBB tank on it, depending on the types of wattages that you are trying to pull from it and how often you vape. If you are at higher wattages than on the cleto, you may get less runtime from your pico. If you find that to be the case (and flavor is going to depend on your coil selection too, I think) you may want to get another mod and use the pico as a backup/spare in case anything ever goes wrong with your equipment.
IF you wind up having trouble priming coils, some folks have gotten good results using a needle to poke a couple holes in the cotton in the coils, to loosen it up and help with wicking. Some of the smok coils can be a little tight with the wicking, though some folks notice no issues at all with it.

I've tried the baby tank and didn't think much of it BUT I do prefer a restricted lung draw with a 0.8Ω single coil at 18W... Lol
If you like chucking clouds then give it a go but I found the flavour to be lacking - and I vaped the 0.4Ω coil at 30-65W; above that I found the vape to be too hot and when I opened up the airflow fully to compensate I lost all flavour.
Oh, and it's not quiet. My sister asked me if I was pretending to be Darth Vader when I was using it

I have a BB and BBB (which will not fit on a Pico but would on a Pico 25) and it's decent for a factory coil tank for clouds and flavor. If you stay with something like their Q2 0.4 or 0.6 ohm coil, you can get decent juice consumption and reasonable battery life on a 1 battery mod. If you are a heavy vaper, then have another charges battery around in case you don't make all the way through a day.
