SMOK Alien - Not turning on

Hello,

everytime I try to turn on my smok alien it has a blackscreen. I connected the mod via usb to my computer and it showed that battery A has 0 percent and battery B has 90%. I tried to switch the batteries but it still doesn't work. The connectors are also fine. I guess that something is broken or sth like that in battery slot A but idk^^

Hope someone can help me.

Does it still have warranty? If yes then slam dunk it on the counter of the shop you bought it in (easy on the slam, heavy on the dunk).
If not I would open it up and look for an obvious defect. Like a cable dangling in the breeze or a poopstain on the board. It's already frigged you're not gonna frig it more.

Yea i think i got warranty cause i bought it from ebay from a high rated seller.
The second thing you said I would like to do this but I might lose the warranty then

Only dissect it if you don't want to take advantage of the warranty. I'd go with the warranty if it's still valid.

Sounds like warrantying it is a good choice. I probably would in your shoes, to me it sounds like an electrical fault in the mod. Although depending on what batteries you have, you may want to look into battery safety more, depending on when/where you got your batteries . A good place to start would be here.... there's a list of approved vendors in the bottom cell of the most updated chart, showing tried, true, and tested authentic batteries. I would link the chart, but don't usually meet with success when I try.'
