Hi there,
I bought a smok alien kit 4 months ago, after 2 monthes it stopped working, just black screen, and doesnt't turn on. I returned to the shop where i bought it, and the changed it for a new one.
A week ago i have the same problem as previous, but now the guys in the shop sad, in the mod had a lot eliquid and it burned.
My question is, is it possible to get liquid to the mod? I fed the tank always properly, and cleaned everything after feeding.
What are your suggestion?

The problem is probably your atomizer. They do leak sometimes and if there is any space around the connector, it can leak into the mod. Were you using the Baby Beast that comes with the kit? Those are notorious for leaking.
In my experience, the leakage is usually caused by improperly seated, or damaged, top seal - the white silicone seal that fits into the very top. They warp with use. If the seal isn't damaged, rinsing it off and letting it dry usually gets it back into shape. The kit comes with one extra and you can purchase replacement seals and o-rings for the atomizer.

Yes i used the Baby Beast, and it leaked 2-3 times, but i cleaned it right away.

Especially with a adjustable 510 pin, its like a pump pushing juice down into the mod every time the atty is taken off then put back on so think how many times a day the atty was replaced and how long it took before the mod died. Just wiping the pin doesn't cut it cause once the juice gets past the pin the pin moves easier and pumps more juice down. If its under warranty then you could get another just to happen again and warranty might not be honored the 2nd time depending on where you got it. Manufacturer prolly give you a stiff middle finger so you going to have to take the mod apart, clean the pin and area from the inside if your atty leaks that much or replace the atty. My attys rarely leak cause I rebuild them or use the RBA and not use any factory coils but I have taken my mods apart and found sticky gunky YUK that causes the 510 pin to become sticky, removed the YUK with qtip and alcohol. There's a few videos on how to take the alien apart so you can maybe get to the juice before the juice gets to the board and fries it.

The most common reason for the Baby Beast to leak is that white top seal - almost all of the problems with leaking can be solved by maintaining that one little seal. So after you follow @AlterUrEgo advice on cleaning the mod, make sure you keep that seal maintained.
