I recently figured out that the reason my asthma was getting progressively worse was that vape technology (always improving, always getting more powerful and efficient) was letting me get a lot more stuff in my lungs than they could handle.

Reducing the voltage/wattage/current/whatever seems to be the trick, and I've changed the coil on my Mi-One from 0.6 to 1.5 and it seems to help, but not as much as using the horribly leaky joyetech eGrip 1 and keeping the voltage at 3.3 (or wattage at 10).

I'm pretty sure there's no VV/VW mod as small as my Mi-One (about 75mm tall), but what comes closest? What's the tiniest mod that still has regulation?

Well, there's the eleaf istick mini (VV, 10 watts), which is only 52mm high, but that's just the mod without a tank -- true size would depend what you put on it:

(might have to search around a bit to find one).

There are also side-by-side mods. I imagine that they hold a limited amount of tanks tho.
Pretty sure it would have to be side-by-side. The Mi-One seems to use a non-standard battery, and I'm hoping there's a VV mod that uses something similar to make it smaller than the usual 18650 (although if there's one of those that's barely taller than the battery length that might be the best I can find).

Well, may I suggest this new little mod I just bought? The OBS Cube is a wee bit larger at 80 mm tall but is a simple VW mod that's made well.

iSticks are good for pocket carry. My favorite is the iStick TC 40W for battery life, but it doesn't do TC with SS316L. I just vape it in wattage mode and love the battery life I get at 10W.

My latest iStick is a 30W that feels noticeably lighter than the other two. I'm thinking that they changed to a Lipo battery and that is responsible for the weight loss. It vapes fine in spite of the lack of heft.

I'm still vaping regularly on a couple of iStick Pico 75's that are several years old. The silver one has a little wear and a couple of light scratches, but vapes fine. The black one that's a year newer still looks close to its initial out of the box appearance, but hasn't experienced the pocket carry mode as much.

I don't think the Tesla 40w is made anymore? But if you can find one, I would Highly Recommend it with a 22mm Tank/RTA.

I've seen that before, but didn't realize it was variable (apparently has VW but not VV or VT, which is fine).
Fasttech still has them (they claim), and I just ordered one (22 days, grr ...).
But if anyone has other suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Thanks to everyone who's already stepped up to help!

It also has TC. Which it does well with SS Coils.

I would've suggested the Tesla 40w, it's the smallest of their stealth range that has vw.

I have the vaporesso target mini which is beyond small, and goes great with a 22mm atty
