Vaporesso is a high quality brand if available, although a bit on the pricey side. I have 5 of their mods & nearly 10 of their tanks.

However, in general, we get what we pay for.

As for smok, I wished had never heard of the brand. Have their large TFV12 Cloud Beast King tank that even with the RBA option is the worst & most expensive one I own. Oh, and their pre-built coils are garbage, I vape high VG e-juices & even punching tiny holes in the cotton on the side of these, got massive dry hits.

Will never buy the brand again!

No. You can get a real trusty device for less money than you spent on that smok. I agree with all the other suggestions for the Aegis Solo. I have one and it is my main mod now. My other mods have been collecting dust since I got it.

I forgot it on the roof of my car once. It rolled off and hit the concrete and was fine. A bit scratched up, but that's it.

Stay away from SMOK products.
Their devices have a huge failure rate. One shop actually sells their pod systems and one in particular, Mico, has a failure rate like, 1 bad device per 3 good units.
Even Trinity Alpha is so bad that the whole bottom of it is misaligned and does not even stay properly on the table.

Why are the most of the people who vape are a bit overweight

Hi everyone and greetings from the planet earth. A month ago my smok vape pen 22 broke down after 1 week of use and after cutting it open extremely carefully, expecting a bigger battery, only to get greeted with a very small (smaller than the AAA battery size) battery and bubblewrap to keep the battery from shaking and fill the inside because they made it much bigger than the space the battery needed, to make it look more of a "quality product" so I threw it away properly, looking for a new *kit*. I ran into smok mag kit and the x priv kit, thinking that what I need is high wattage, good flavor and a replacable double battery *kit*, these products seemed to have what I need, at a nice cost. Do you think I should give smok a new chance? Do you use smok mag or x priv? what are your thoughts about it? Is it durable? For how long have you been using it? Is it worth the 89 dollar price tag in my location? (vapes are expensive here) what are the chances of me getting a counterfeit unit and how can I understand if it's fake or not? Even if I got a counterfeit, how much of a money would I lose? sorry for bothering you with this many questions, thank you

Another brand to consider is Innokin. I have a Coolfire 4 which takes 18650s (only CF without a built in battery) and works fine over 3 years now, and a Proton which remains my fave dual battery mod for its small size, nice screen, and intuitive menu and is over a year old, and works just fine.

Point is there are many other options than Smok if you live somewhere where they are available or can be delivered from an online source.

This is the second time I've heard of bubble wrap as a filler in a Smok product. Or it's an urban legend making another round

totally understood situation, i used mine for 2 weeks on TC and power modes, amazing units, i did switched to aegis legend today, needed a powerfull device to rock on zeus x

Hi everybody, I am sorry for the delay that resulted from me not bringing my PC with me to the vacation and forgetting the password. For some reason password reset function was not working as well. So, thanks everyone for your eagerness to share your knowledge with me. I am definitely not buying smok, however, I decided to buy the vaporesso polar kit. Since selling vapes is very hard here and its rare to get a vape imported successfully, its very expensive and hard to get your hands on one. That's where instagram comes in to play. With many scammers and counterfeits of course. So I googled fake vaporesso polar and I couldnt find a single thread about it. So did they not make a fake version yet? Since I will be buying it from instagram, I will not see any fancy verification stickers until it arrives. What do you think? I am currently in LOVE with the kit and watching the reviews over and over again. Its the device that I was looking for. So what do you think guys? What are the chances of me getting a counterfeit? I am trying to hold back from returning to smoking but I am looking at the cigarettes hungrily. so far never smoked one, I dont wanna lose my half a year streak, trying to suckle on my 3d printed vape. Sorry for the novel-long answer and thank you so, so much. Btw to that guy who asked if I gained weight, yes I gained 2 kilos even in vacation and made my girlfriend quit with vaping and she is also upset that she cant burn off the fat that easily and gained half a kilo even tho she exercises a lot. I am not telling her my suspicions tho XD peace and happy vaping!

Use sweeter flavors in your vapes to curb snacking. Will take a couple weeks for your brain and tummy to get on board but it does help. Vaporesso is a reasonably priced brand so it's unlikely anyone would bother to clone it I would think.
Longer you vape the bad cravings will come less often. For myself I don’t crave a cig so much as sometimes wish for the instant gratification smoking offers. I just remind myself that instant gratification only lasts a moment then it's gone with the wind.

@TheRapidPro, if it's genuine or fake. You never know until it's too late, and then it's too late.

But Vaporesso, you can't particularly go wrong with them. My first decent working one (Vaporesso Switcher) has been relegated to a draw by my newer mods, but it still works as well as the day it was bought. And it is kept in that draw as a backup.

So everyone I thought I bought polar but what arrived was a revenger x. Though I said meh close enough and got it. It's original though and it is pretty good. It is heavy and feels like a real quality product. The design is absolutely perfect. The performance is as well. Vaporesso did something that apple and samsung could not even do- with the charging cables. And everything is perfect about this kit. Just what I wanted. I am not mad because of the missent product because this is original and has every feature polar has (except for the mesh coil ;( ) so here is my update. Thanks to everyone for making me not get Smok. I highly appreciate it. Have an awesome day and happy vaping!

Indeed. I'll add, some smok isn't complete trash. I to this day use a smok pod from time to time, and I've pif'd a Nord AIo to a friend, who is, unfortunately, too stubborn to feel he needs a back up. Uses it in pass through mode mostly. SMH. That being said, I wouldn't pay any more than 20$ for smok, if nothing else was available. At this point, I want a cigarette so little, I'd buy nicorette gun and that nicotrol inhaler vape wanna be before smoking.

I'll add, if you can get an RDA/RTA, you'd be set for coils. Probably hard to get those too.
