Shipping to GUAM, U.S.A.

I have 3 shipping questions.

1.Is shipping to U.S. Territories Mainly GUAM, or Puerto Rico, Considered International shipping?

2.Since there is USPS Priority shipping available to and from GUAM, can we ship priority to the Islands?

3.I want to order and have my order shipped to GUAM for my Brother so I can help him get off Analogs. Can I do that although my billing address is not on GUAM.

I can only answer the last question...........yes, you can have it shipped to him...when you go to check out you will see a place to enter another address for shipping. I've used that to send a gift....works wonderfully well.

Hopefully one of the guys will pop in here soon to answer your other two questions.

Guam, Puert rico, saipan and others are considered US territories and their mail service is provided bu the postal service so yes, they get our domestic shipping services...

Thanks for the reply. awesome. some other sites charge GUAM as international. My Brother isn't much of a Computer Savvy. and I'll have to explain all the e-cig uses to him when I go visit next week. I'm gonna give him my Inferno Starter kit and a VapeOnly BCC with 1.8ohm heads and 2 36ml Flux Pyramid ejuice to start with and when He needs more heads and ejuice I'll order more and have it shipped directly to him. kind of a pay back to my older Brother for all he's done for me and my Family.
