Hi all! New here and seeking some advice....
I'll try to keep this short but I'm sure this has happened to others on here.
I've been smoking 2 Part E cigs for around 3 months here in the UK and now can't imagine going back to real cigs ever.If someone had told me this 6 months ago I'd never have believed them! The type I use are ViP/Smokers Angel batteries with a pre-filled cart, not the 3 part variety.

Thing is, it seems the cartridges can only be ordered online from smokers angel, ecigs direct etc. and not purchased over the counter where I live (Exeter).

The service has been great from these sites, however if I've run out I've ended up buying disposable e-cigs.
These are ok, but don't last long and work out expensive. Sadly whilst waiting for new cartridges, the postal service is not always as quick as you'd like it to be.

I've just bought some new cartridges to try as they were very cheap, however they do not fit my battery/atomizer from my two part kit and now I have about 50 carts I can't use :(

The cartridges I have are to fit E-Cig models RN4089, EC502, EC502A, EC502B, and EC502C. They are about an inch or so long and the e-gel/liquid is in a small container inside. The container has one foil end and two prongs on the other.
I now have 50+ prefilled cartidges I can't use :(

Anyone know if anything can be done with the cartridges I have, or where I can order/buy any of the above E-Cigs models without buying a full kit?

From what I've read, and seen (by taking them apart) pre-filled cartridges can be refilled when 'dry'.

What I'd like to know is:
What would I use to refill dry pre-filled carts?
What can be done with the spare carts I have just bought and can't use?
Where can I buy E-cig models RN4089, EC502, EC502A, EC502B, or EC502C cheap?
Is there any alternative E-cig model I can use with these carts?

Please help as I have all these carts and can't use them whilst I'm stuck awaiting delivery of my prefilled carts! :(

Is it a very skinny plastic and stuffing cartridge (no metal), like as thick as a normal cigarette? If so sounds like the $10 Health aka eHealth ecig from China. Try M401 and you fill cartridges with eliquid.

If it is thicker than a cigarette (like at least 9mm diameter) then instead try RN4081

Seems like a waste of money to me. Don't throw good money after bad. Just go to Liberty-Flights.co.uk and buy a decent model. Stop buying random crap from China. RN4089 is some model you can buy from China and those other numbers may just be stock numbers.

BTW once you have 5 non-spammed posts or replies in New members and an hour wait, you can post elsewhere on ECF. There is a UK forum in National Forums, and in Buying & Selling there are UK Classifieds and a UK Vendor section (vendors that happen to be on ECF)

And I think the UK section of ECF has a list of UK vendors - you may even have a vendor near you. But I doubt you will find anything to fit what you have.

Hello & welcome Potter.

Was this the kit you bought -
The Halo Electronic Cigarette Kit - The Smokers Angel

If so, I believe (but could be wrong) that it is a RN4081 & very few UK suppliers sell the replacement cartomisers (cartridge with built in atomiser) that you got with the kit.

It also sounds like the cartridges you have bought are just that - prefilled cartridges & the only way you can use them is if you bought some RN4081 atomisers. I've got a couple of unused RN4081 atomisers kicking about somewhere & I'm more than happy to send one to you to see if it will fit your e-cig. But as others have said, in the long run, you would do far better to get yourself something like the Riva.

If you are using it as a 3-piece (battery + metal atomizer + plastic cartridge) then you can buy eliquid and refill the cartridges you have. if the stuffing gets gunky you can restuff with polyfill or fluval or if you can find it, size U aquarium filter foam cut to size (in the US it is Marineland Rite-Size U Bonded Foam sleeve for Magnum H.O.T. Canister Filters)

If you are using it as 2-piece then you are using cartomizers and they cannot be restuffed but they can be refilled with thinenr juices (I use PG w/ 20% or less VG). But if you ran them down to where they singed and got bitter, that bitter taste sticks. Cartomizers have limited lives. I can get a week of use out of a cartomizer. If you cartomizers have hard or glued on end-cap on the mouth end (a ripoff rebrander trick) then try to find RN4081 cartomizers described as soft-cap. And buy eliquid.

Or buy something new.

Dormouse, my take on the Op is that, as he says, he has bought a 2 piece - battery & cartomisers, that I think is maybe a RN4081? He has then bought some RN4081 cartridges (again I'm just guessing) & hasn't realised the difference (easily understandable for someone new to e-cigs) between cartomisers & cartridges. if this is the case, there is of course no way a cartridge will fit on the battery & work without an atomiser :)

Unfortunately, though RN4081 cartridges & atomisers can be bought fairly easily in the UK, the few vendors selling Rn4081 cartomisers are charging over the top for them :(

it sounds like its something like....
e Health Cig MarBoro (10) Pack Refill Cartridges! - Health & Beauty Health Care

If this is it, its a cheep "I look like a M401, but I'm not" e-health brand (and others like "firelight")
I have one in a cardboard charge pack, plug sticks out the box, looks like a pack of smokes stuck to the wall while chargeing.

These are even skinnier then the M401 and don't fit the atomizer. The threading is the same, but the atomizers and batteries don't make a good conection.
