Same goes for me. Was looking at the 2/3 but I figured I'd only use the 3 cell mode because I didn't have a 3 battery mod yet. The 200S was basically the same price so I went with that. As far as I know, the specs are essentially the same. Except the 2/3 can be used a a 2 battery mod and I believe the max wattage drops to 150 in that mode.

I'm my opinion, if you think switching from 2 cells to 3 is something you might do, get the RX2/3. If not, I'd get the 200 or 200S. But that's just me.

I'm a man, and I can change, if I have to, I guess.

About the 510 connector issue.

I had not heard not read a single word about that until AFTER I bought my 200S. But, my 510 connector is just fine. No issues at all. I've seen others here mention the connectors on their 200S's are also issue free.

As for the TC, I'm a strictly wattage vaper at this time so I wouldn't know about that.

The issue as far as I know with the 510 was the RX200 and I have my RX200S going on 2 years with me changing and removing tanks 12-15 times a day. I have also been hearing this for years but mostly from people who do not own one and are going by some reviewer or word of mouth and not hands on experience.
I have a 2/3 that I've had no problems with yet but I don't use it very much. My son had a 2/3 and a 200 that he had to send back because of 510 problems. Alot of people like wismec. I won't buy any wismec products.

Bad soldering is another issue on the bottom of the 510, you have to take it apart and re- solder it. I have had happen twice to me and quite a few friends, also it maxes out at 6v in two battery mode. Also the doors on some do not line up right. I would not recommend this mod, But I have a lot of the other Wismec/Joytech/eleafs that are fine.

Lately thinking of upgrading my starter kit to Wismec RX2\3 mod

Anybody used it? are there any pro\cons that i should pay attention to?

if this mod is not suggested, what can be bought that has specs close to it?

thanks in advance for answer, hope I've expressed myself good enough
This is just my opinion, but I think you'd probably be better off getting the rx200s if you want three batteries or the Predator 228 if you want two batteries. Some seem to have issues with the rx2/3 battery doors and you'd in any case need separate two- and three-battery sets. You can't simply add a third battery to a married pair if you wish to go from two to three batteries.
