I just made WL Cinnamon Danish [TFA] It's pretty tasty but not over the top cinnamoney. [Is that a word?]

10 % Cinnamon Danish and 5% Ethyl Malto.

I agree that TFA Cinnamon Danish is pretty weak. I use it at 15% as a stand alone or at 5% in some combo recipes.
