RDA as an all day vape setup?

Anyone using RDAs as an all day vape setup? By all day meaning in the morning, at work, running around doing stuff all day, etc.

I've only been using clearo tanks at the moment (Protanks) and am curious to how convenient lugging RDAs around with me all day.

The whole idea of dripping after every few puffs sound like a bit of a hassle.

Try a Vision Eternity, they hold up to 30 drops at a time ... fantastic drippers!!

I use my dripper as ADV.. I really don't even use my clearos anymore sad to say.

I too am curious about RDAs and trying to do some researching before jumping in. What does 30 drops equate to in vape time? I use a Kayfun at the moment and get a little more than half a day on full tank. Trying to figure out if I'd be popping the top off to add drops every hour or every 10 minutes with an RDA. More interested in flavour over clouds and sub-ohms.

I use drippers all day, I have a kayfun, an aqua and an aios tank but they are mostly collecting dust.
the time inbetween drips depends on your wick and coils.
for a single micro and a little bit of cotton I tend to drip 6 drops and take about 15-20 vapes, on a double coil i drip 10 drops and last me about 10 vapes

at first I thought it was gong to be a hassle but the pros (flavor and vapor) outnumber the cons for me

I really only have to drip about as often as I would have had to roll a cigarette. Dripping is faster and more convenient for me than smoking.

Don't get me wrong, it serves me very well to that end. I'm just trying to broaden my vaping experience. It's my understanding that RDAs allow juices to really shine and you can truly experience the depth of their flavours. It's not about not fixing what's broken, it's more about enhancing what works very well, if you follow?

I am able to vape all day on my Kayfun..I use the bottom fill hole. when I was top filling I was losing liquid at first if I didn't get the vacuum seal right.

I am a daily/all day long RDA user myself. It is very inconvenient while driving or in a dark living room but that problem is handily addressed, as was mentioned above, by a bottom feeder.

right now using the kayfun for my ADV but that's just until my REO gets here. Kayfuns are great for an ADV though, lasts me all day at work until i get home and just add some juice. great vape, great flavor, and decent vapor production

The comment you made about "The whole idea of dripping after every few puffs..." makes me almost think you havent had much experience using RDA's. When you get your wicks nice and juiced up, you are certainly getting more than a few puffs. I dont know if this is just me but when I drip on a IGO-W I often get my wicks to stay nice a juiced for i would say 15 minutes of vaping. Even when one if driving, all one needs to do if pull over and drop, or be careful enough simply pull of drip tip, and drop and few drops and put back on drip tip and close juice. I sounds alot more complicated than it is. I dont find carrying juice much of a hassle. I see it as when i smoke cigarettes I was carrying lighters around so I dont feel set back having to carry around my juice.
The buzz from the RDA's is was really cuts the cake for me. I feel its the only set up that gives me the fix im looking for.

I was like many others where I was happy and content with my carto tank set ups and only having to fill up every other day or whatever but im telling you when you get the quality of flavor and vapor from RDAs and the superb nic buzz you will make time to take the 15 seconds to drop every 15 mins or so. Really isnt that much of a hassle trust me, even if you dont have a bottom feeder, but thats just my opinion.

with my current setup - only the coils wicked instead of a "cotton cloud" underneath I have to drip two drops for every 4 or 5 puffs. Its not bad...pull the tip, drip drip, puff puff puff puff, repeat as needed. It is kind of therapeutic and now part of my habit. i carry the mod and a small bottle in my pocket. The hits are soo much better than any clearo. The only thing that comes close is the Kayfun Lite +.

Hey mate, of course I don't have experience with RDAs, else why would I be posting in this section?

Anyway, I have an Aga T3 and Kayfun Lite coming so I'll be playing with it in the near future. That's if I have the time though as I'm constantly flying for work.

Talking about flying, any problems for RDAs / RBAs laying flat in a case or leaking due to pressure from the airplane cabin? No problems with my Protanks so far.

Depends on your set up really. Sub-ohms aren't really meant for "conservative" vaping, especially the lower you go, not to say you can't do it, but you'd be better off with an RTA (ala Kayfun, Russian, ect. ect.) For me, I feel that the Kayfun provides a better flavour profile, as opposed to more flavour. Sorry if that doesn't make sense,

It's kinda like wine, you can take a big gulp (RDA), and get more flavour, but sips (Kayfun) will provide you a with a purer taste from your flavour, with distinctive notes. Just my humble opinion

I bought a Nautilus tank as part of my first setup and sold it a week later because I wanted a dripper. Spend two weeks on a used Trident clone and loved dripping and building coils so much that I purchased a genuine Zenith V2. I have a Russian 91 on the way by mail but I highly doubt it will ever replace my RDA as my daily setup

I use a RDA as my ADV just because I like to switch juices on a regular basis. If I have a juice that I want to vape a lot I just put it in one of my kayfuns but I still prefer using the RDA instead.

My All Day Vape is an RDA atop a chosen mod. Right now I'm using the "SMOK Dripper RDA" haha. It's 5 bucks and it's a good little hardy stainless steel dripper with a built in drip tip. Did I want a built in DT? No.. But for 5 bucks, you cannot go wrong. I find that the smaller the RDA, the better the hit. But your sacrificing juice holding capacity. Whatever. I have no problem dripping every other vape sesh. These little SMOK RDAs only accept 6-7 drops before the airhole starts getting easily clogged. So I drip 6-7 drops and vape that, it usually lasts me 1 and 1/2 vape sessions of 5-7 hits with a .8ohm coil, cotton. If I want it to last longer I can drop 10-11 drips but then I have to make sure the air hole is on top of the atomizer when I go to take a hit, otherwise it'll clog the airhole and leak juice through it.

Other RDAs are much much much bigger than this one, and I can comfortably vape 2-3 sessions. For instance, my A7 bottom feeding RDA can accept up to 12 drops at a time. This is because the coil receives air through a pipe that is in the center of the atomizer, towards the middle of the atomizer's base. The pipe is raised up above the juice well around it, like a donut hole. So it's above the juice.

In my opinion, RDAs are where it's at. Screw tanks. I'm not paying 25, 30, 40 bucks to vape ever again.
