Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

I believe KU tampons are recommended because they're made of all rayon. Others contain a mixture of rayon and cotton (and maybe other things, too).

I'd like to clarify a part about tampons choice.
Is only Kotex U preferrable for our needs as a rayon source?

KU black box is the only one I've verified and tested myself.

If can be hard to tell with other brands, some labling isn't clear. But if you've confirmed another brand is 100% Rayon fibers, you should be good.
