Howdy random folks, I had a busy day at work, lots of country stops which take longer per stop. The septic contractor went out to my home site to inspect the place. I should have a quote from him tomorrow and maybe also tomorrow, I'll get a quote from the siding/deck guy. That's all that's needed before I can close. The weather was nice today, sunny and 76⁰. A bit of a breeze, but nothing like this past week.
When might you get to move in? After the work and moving it, of course but how long should all that take?

Work can't start until my brother, who is still working at his regular job, fixes the fence on another pasture and moves his cattle there. He can only work weekends and his last priority was fixing my mom's car, which is now done. Yeah! No more driving my mom around, I'm thinking a couple of weeks to prepare the site, weather permitting. Few days to move the unit from Houston and set it up. I hope to move in by the beginning of May.

Seldom do I use more than 6 flavors in a recipe, there are a few exceptions.
Seems to me that the recipes with less flavors are tastier.
I see some mixers talking about layering, which for me doesn't work.
As an example, if I want a peach flavor mix, I don't need a lot of other flavors.
Another bonus, my old azz doesn't have to do too much mixing.

I tend to agree, more is usually not better. Aboout the only time I use more than 5 or 6 is if I'm using a custom blend, say 2 or 3 lemons, but use that as ONE flavor. And that's already mixed and in its own bottle :)

    Somewhere between here and there
Good evening. Work went ok. My wife is going tomorrow for a few days to help our oldest. At least that was the plan. I found out after I got home that there’s trouble in paradise and now our daughter doesn’t think she wants to move with the boyfriend. Who knows. That could change at any moment.
