Culver's is a fast food joint that started out here in Wisconsin in 1984. As of February 2023 they have a total of 899 restaurants in 26 states.

I never ate at a Culver's, don't do fast food joints, so I would not know anything about the quality of their food.
I grew up in the Midwest and I've noticed that beef tastes really different (in a bad way) outside the Midwest. I like Culver's because the meat has the "real meat" flavor and they cook your food when you order it. The lettuce, tomato and red onion they use are always super fresh too.

I've had beef where family both raised and butchered the meat, so I knew exactly where it came from. My father and grandfather raised beef cattle and my mothers cousin owned the local meat marker. Nothing better than Texas beef.

I don't eat any meats, other than the occasional fish. My primary diet is vegetarian/vegan, been so for 43 years.

As a descendant of beef ranchers, to be vegetarian or vegan would be considered a mortal sin. My dad wouldn't even eat chicken.

    Somewhere between here and there
Good evening. We got new computers at work today and I spent the whole day trying to get the new one functional. One of my important programs still isn’t working. There is even more security stuff on them and we can’t download and install anything without approval. It’s really a PITA. There was some minor drama this afternoon that I’m not going to get into.

My wife (RIP) our girlfriend (DD1 and DD2's Mom) and I started eating less meats around 16-17 ('76-'77). We all had jobs so switching from our parents meat eating ways was easy for us. By the time we were 20 we were vegetarian along with a little fish here and there. Adding vegan meals was a natural fit for us.

My girls have always eaten vegetarian/vegan diets. DD1 tried red meat once, was totally grossed out, spat it out and said never again. DD2 has never had an interest in trying any meat, thinks it's gross. Their spouses are also vegetarians/vegans.
