For the first week after you quit cigarettes I think you should avoid caffeine, alcohol, and drink lots of water. Taking vitamins and drinking cranberry juice might help too.
Even though e-cig has nicotine, it is surprising how your body might actually also be addicted to the OTHER chemicals too that are in tobacco smoke.

If the thought that you might be addicted to other strange toxic deadly chemicals, even beyond nicotine doesn't make you want to quit, I don't know what will....

For the ones that do want to quit; e-cig is the easiest way to quit smoking. We are lucky to have such a device that can save our lives in this way, and I think we should take the opportunity to quit.

E-cig might not even be legal in the future, tobacco companies I'm sure have millions of dollars to fight e-cigs with per year (if not per month) so just quit smoking now with e-cigs while you still can.

well i have been off the regular cigs for almost 2 weeks, but its obvious we are addicted to more than just the nicotine in the regular cigs because although the e-cig can give me the buzz i like...i did try a puff of a regular analog a few days ago and i felt ILL!!! whatever extra those things give me, my body surely wasnt missing it! i've never smoked an analog and felt like death afterwards lol...that final pack got tossed in the trash after i hosed it with water(cant go getting it from the trash if its ruined with water lol). i am not even vaping that much, so heck even if i lossed every e-cig regular cigs dont like me now i crossed over.
