This is strange to me. I put my new Protank 2 on my new Provari yesterday and got a 2.8 ohm reading. Today I cleaned the protank and only soaked the coil head in warm water so I could change e juice. Now I'm getting a 1.0-1.1 ohm reading. Is that normal?

Oh boy, now I want one... please please let me know how it goes with the provari. I have the itch to buy it!

I was a bit worried about the price, but, If this will help keep me off analogs, then I have to have the best....May be a character flaw, but I always buy the best I can with certain things...tools, bikes, parts, toys...lol. The quality of poor workmanship lingers long after a cheap price is forgotten...

For future cleaning, it's just as effective and safer (no mineral or contaminant buildup) to drop the atomizer into a glass of vodka or everclear overnight. This will eliminate any flavor carryover and juice buildup. Dryburning is necessary to get rid of the crust buildup though.

Ive practiced with dryburning a little too, and even though I burned up the first head lol, I learned a lot from that, and have been quite successful with dryburn cleaning my other heads. It just takes a little practice to get it right it seems.

i'm the same, I sold my fat boy last year BUT I may buy a provari!

The reason im so interested in your opinion is because we are both new at this. I interested to know if there is a huge difference between your standard VV and the provari.

Well, my first mod was an Xvape V2, looks just like a Lavatube, and its VV. It workded great, I just wanted something better with a few more options. So yesterday I went to the place I told you about, and picked up an iTaste SVD VV/VW. Man, night and day difference using VW over VV in my opinion. Vapor seems smoother for some reason. Anywho, I ordered the Provari because Ive read of their consistent voltage output not diminishing with battery output. Im a bit of a nerd when it comes to tech stuff, but I enjoy it, and it helps with diagnosing cars on the side lol. Anyway, Im hoping the Provari lives up to the standard that Im putting it to lol.

Side note: Sorry you sold your Fatboy, I have a 2007 Sporty 1200C, tuned by me with my Dynojet Power Vision with Wideband O2 module. I absolutely love my bike lol.

This is my first mod. I started with an ego/evod. I love the Provari. It vapes awesome and all of my e juices have great flavor. Before, it seemed like the flavor was flat, now I can really taste them. I would recommend the Provari. I figure, if it lasts as long as I hear they do, I'll never have to buy another Mod. The price isn't that bad. I figure look at all the money spent on cigarettes in the past. Probably could have bought 3 Provaris.

You've just convinced me (after much reading about it here on the ECF). For the past month, I have used EGOs with various tanks and a Smok e-pipe.

Friday is payday and I am going to order a Provari for my first step into APVs.
