I am aware of how hard is quitting/reducing those 2-3 analogs. I don't put any pressure on her, and she smokes when she wants, i almost never say anything about that.
I don't have any hurry. We have lots of time and, as you said 2-3 analogs isn't bad at all. I'm very happy of that, and proud of her
I was looking for advice because i was on a dead end, everything i tried got rejected.
She is on those 2-3 analogs from July (about 3 months). If she continues smoking only those for a couple of months more, i hope she will less addicted to other components on the analog, and maybe then would be easy to switch to vaping.
When she vaped using the magma, she could manage 24 hours without any analog. Maybe she only needs more nic. When she switched from 5-7 analogs to 2-3, it was because of the new kayfun, and she started to consume more ml of ejuice; that means more nic per day.
There's almost nothing i can do in the short term; i want to try eliquids with more nic and with less PG, but I recently got lots of eliquids (about 200ml) and I should wait until she depletes some bottles.
Thanks to all of you!![]()
There's the magical number we should have asked for. Most people need about 6 months to quit analogs completely. As you said, the dependence on the other chemicals needs a little time to break down. You're (both of you) on the right track, keep the faith. Good luck and may the vape be with you.
