I started vaping recently after quitting smoking a few months ago. During that time my nic tolerance must have disappeared because I'm getting nic headaches pretty quickly on the 12 mg/ml juice I bought. I have quite a bit of this juice and I don't want to waste any of it, and i don't want to have to wait between vapes because I enjoy it. How long do you think it'll take for me to gain tolerance to 12 mg/ml so I can vape it regularly?

If you're new to vaping you might just be getting dehydrated. I had similar issues when I started. Nic will typically make you dizzy and naseus too. Try drinking lots of water ;) I usually have a cup on my desk whenever I bust out the big toys, but when I use my ego on the road it's not as bad, probably because I'm staying well watered at home.

Edit: 12mg is actually kinda low, otherwise I wouldn't suggest dehydration as an issue. If you were on say 24 or higher it'd probably be the nic.

I was getting headaches from the 24mg I bought, but wasn't getting enough satisfaction from the 18mg that I got at the same time. So I'm mixing them and it seems just about right.

Try finding a much lower nic unflavored juice (maybe 6mg) and start mixing an maybe you'll find a nice level. Of course I'm really new to this so take my advice with a grain of salt...maybe someone more knowledgeable will have a better idea.

You can always dilute your juice. If it's store-bought, get another bottle of the same flavor in either 0 nic or the lowest nic they offer (usually 6 mg) and mix it with your existing juice to a level you can tolerate. You can use plain PG or VG (as long as it is Pharma Grade; USP),as Alisa suggested, but that will water down the flavor also.

N/M. I think I misread your post.

Carry on!
