First post.

Been lurking the site since before getting my kit and finally registered.

The forum appears to be a great resource of information, I'm glad to be apart of it.

Picked up a starter kit three weeks ago, a CE5 w/ 650mah vv twist. I went with the CE5 kit over the Joytech eRoll after reading here that the eRoll kit wouldn't be ideal for a transitioning chain smoker.

Also picked up a back up battery and 3 more CE5 type clearos for different flavors.

My cigarette smoking habits were 1-2 packs a day depending on social endeavors, but since getting the kit, I haven't bought a new pack.:thumb:

Looks like my vaping habits mimic my smoking habit, ie chain vaping.

A 10ml bottle at 1.6ml per refill appears to be lasting approx 5 days give or take, and on a idle evening I may vape through 1.6ml in 6hrs.

I've recently replaced the heads on all of the clearos in prep for new flavors or in trying to refresh a flavor that came in a larger bottle I'm still working on.

Looking for suggestions on a larger tank. I'm not ultimately looking for more capacity, I'm more interested in finding a unit that will allow a better and more consistent draw (to a analog cigarette) than the CE5 clearo is allowing, which at times reminds me of dragging on a tightly packed 100.

And then lastly, a vv batt recommendation that has a known track of going 12-18-24hrs of constant use before recharging.

Cheers.

I have a 1300 mAh vv twist battery with a Kanger Protank2 for when I'm out and about. Battery life is sufficient for all day vaping coming from my 1-2 pack habit.

I also like the iSmoka / eleaf BCC. My wife has the mini version and I think it performs as well or better than my mega, just less capacity. Best of all they're relatively inexpensive.

I've also heard good things about the innokin iclear 16. GrimmGreen even loves them. If you haven't watched GrimmGreen's youtube reviews you're missing some good info.

Welcome to the ECF neighborhood sfmc-x1,
Glad you are no longer a lurker, and part of the forum....:)

Evod BCC clearo or
a Kanger Pro TankII mini, or full sized Kanger Pro Tank II.
Think the only battery that may come close....
Innokin MVP II or the Innokin VTR,
but both are a different size format
than the eGo 650.

Thanks for the welcome.

Based on reviews and suggestions it looks like a BCC will be my next step, and the most popular being the Kanger ProTank II.

Not sure what I'll be missing out on by passing on the iclear16 or any of the other/larger dual coil clearos (?), my main goal is getting a more effortless vape/draw and less of a sucking on a milkshake effect...?

As I understand it the Bottom fed clearos will get me farther and fewer between coil changes where flavor is concerned. ?

I'll go back and review some of GrimmGreen's vid's again before making a purchase.

Battery wise, I don't mind the stick, but vv/vw is a must when dealing with varying PG/VG juices in my limited experience. I was forewarned about the box mods Innokin MVP & VTR's at the B&M, "if you're upgrading on a budget, you gotta start somewhere".

Cheers.
