I’m sorry to say that vaping and anxiety seems to have a small connection with some...
If you check out the anxiety forums you’ll see for yourself.
The good news is that some guys have said the same as you and it was just something as simple as too much nic, some complained of artificial flavourings and the colouring like you’d find in some foods and drink.
I’ll repeat as others have said and must stress;
Talk to your doctor.
Nothing I read from people in relation to anxiety were ever complaints of physical problems, only mental.

I was 33 when I pulled the denture plug. I have to say, I don't care for them.
@Zutankhamun , call me a millennial again, you are dead to me. LOL. No, it's actually okay, I need a cause to champion, and I think I could help them better if I roamed among them, in stealth, like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Always wanted to own a wolf.... Then my millennial kiddo changed his name to "Wolffe." (Got a parental severance for bio daddy and first name was a bio daddy family name. He researched for a while and came up with "Wolffe," at 14. LOL, I begged him to keep his middle name and perhaps use it on job applications, but it actually fits him well.... And now I have "genetic" ownership at least, of a wolf.
I need to start dying my hair again so I can run amok among his friends and refuse to give them participation trophies for anything, especially when they lose the "climate change" is another name for "weather" argument.
This is starting to sound "tempting." LOL.
