In case you haven't read about it yet, the Inferno is a fat batt 510. It's essentially a rebranded eGo (other rebrands include Riva and Tornado), but I am not sure if the parts for all of them are interchangeable. I've read that people with Rivas have tried using eGo tank attys on them and they don't fit properly. The Inferno will, however, accept any other 510 atty/cartomizer as well as 306 attys.
It is kind of odd that the Inferno kit doesn't come with cartridges, but IMO this works out in your favor. Here is my reasoning. Cartridges are a PITA. They don't hold much ejuice, and they're horrible at wicking. As others have suggested, your best bet would be to just pick up a couple tank attys (tankomizers) and some blank tank cartridges. They attys do come with a lot of primer in them so you'll want to blow it all out prior to use. They perform a hell of a lot better than the standart atty/cart combo, and they're much easier to use and more convenient than the CE2R4 cartomizers. Try out the tanks...you won't be sorry.
