However, I tried pasting the banner thing in the signature and even though it showed up in the "preview" I don't see it in any of my old posts. So, maybe I have to have 15 posts for it to appear? (I notice that the URL part of the banner shows up, but the image is nowhere to be seen....

I don't think the signature thing is retroactive--mine started appearing (after I posted enough to be able to add it), but only on new posts, not on any of my old ones...

Sun, I didn't really want anything at the moment...just I see folks with text and when I tried my own test with a bit, it would'nt accept it.

I assume that if I want something in the future, I should ask a mod really politely?

All you have to do is add the text after the code for your Counter!!
