I was given an e-cig as a gift, and I love it. I know it is a 510 model, but I'm not sure if it's a Titan or Joye. One of the atomizers that came with it had Titan printed on it, but the battery charger states that it is for the Joye510 model. Anyway, I needed new atomizers. I ordered a pack of 5 atomizers that are supposed to be compatible for Joye and Titan 510 models. When I got them and tried one out, it did not fit my battery. It is too large and won't screw in completely. When I held it up next to my old atomizer, I could see it was about a millimeter longer, and the threaded part that screws into the battery was a tad bit larger. The box they sent the atomizers in was not even labeled as 510 atomizers. The label said "electronic cigarette cartridges". The invoice shows that I ordered 510 atomizers. So, did I order the wrong item? Or did this company jerk me around and send me the wrong thing? Is this a common problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

The white one is the old atomizer, the silver is new.

Do they work? If yes, not everything will screw in all the way and you can actually sometimes damage your batteries by trying to screw everything in until there is no gap. If they work, they fit. Some atomizers and cartomizers with 510 threading have longer threaded parts so they work even in fat-battery models with deeper threads.

If the atomizers do not work, do not electrically connect just because their threaded part is too short, then I don't know. I never had that problem with anything on a slim 510. Re your working atomizer - if it is all steel and a cartridge goes over it then that is not a 510.

Also - what ohms are the atomizers. Slim ecigs use standard resistance 2.5 to 3 ohms single coils, not dual coils, not LR low resistance stuff (stuff under 2.5 ohms). Stuff that sucks too much power for your batteries can damage or kill them

EDIT

Is the bridge in the steel non-working one closer to the top edge? If so it may be an RN4081 atomizer, not a 510 atomizer.
