It says "Use only high quality butane gas." And I don't want to order online, so my question is what should I pick up and where from locally?

I ended up picking up some premium Zippo butane. It was 3 bucks cheaper and I saw a lot of people purchased it to use with my torch. I'll return the other stuff in the morning.
I use the premium Zippo butane fuel. Easy to get at a gas station and good price.
Are there any cigar stores around? They usually sell lots of nice lighters and butane to go with them.
Could be wrong, but I bet butane is butane. Could the manufactorer be trying to buy an alibi in case the torch fails?
you can probably get zippo butane at walgreens or cvs. also walmart. almost any where, works in several torches i have with no problems. I have had torches that were no good no matter what you put in them.. 
There's a cigar store on Packard at Stadium that probably has it. But the Zippo stuff will work fine.
I've got the exact same torch, and the Zippo Premium works great, as does Ronson Multi-fill. I'd say either of these should be easy to find and just what you want ... 
Vector and Colibri are very good quality, clean brands of butane. Probably won't find them at the supermarket though, but all your tobacco shops and headshops should carry one or both.
There is a difference between the cheapy stuff and the good stuff. Spray some on a mirror and compare what's left over, there should be nothing with the Vector or Colibri, where as the janky stuff will leave crud behind, which will clog up the tiny jet nozzle in torch lighters.

Look for the stuff that is 5x refined.

If you want to torch...and have a gas stove, use the natural gas flame...
Any gas station should carry butane...it will work fine
