Need a good RDA for single coil builds

Can anybody recommend a good rda for single coil builds, but can also do well with a dual coil build? I just bought my first rda, a Tugboat clone and I really like it. My son used it and now he would like one for Xmas, but not the same as mine. Thinking about a Tobh clone but not sure if it's good for single coil builds.

You can run single or duals on a magma. The infinite clone is the one I have and I only do singles on it

I'd say an igo-l should be fine; especially if it's going to be his first rda. Drill the hole out a bit and let him at it. Once he has a good idea of what he want in an RDA (clouds, flavor, heat, etc.) You'll be able to better help in finding a more "advanced" RDA

Plume veil rocks with 0.5 single. It can get leaky if overdripped but its worth it. Also does dual like a rock star.

I use an Atomic and Magma single and dual coil but mostly single coil at around 1 ohm. You can't go wrong with a Magma if you don't over drip it.

For my money, the Veritas can't be beat for single coil builds.

I'm an advanced vaper and I love the iGo L. I have several caps, drilled for several widths and dual or single coils. The CTA infinity is the closest I've found to the perfect single coil atty.
