Nautilus AIO question, same issue as Breeze 2?

I had two different Aspire Breeze 2's break cause the clips would no longer hold a pod in, although a remedy for it was to hold it place with a sturdy vape band, I'm a bit picky about fully functioning vape setups. I was able to get a refund on one, but not the other.

I really enjoyed the hit of the Breeze 2, so I'm curious if any users have experienced the same issue with the nautilus AIO. It looks sleeker than the Breeze 2 and I'm already sitting on 10 or so BVC coils which is great.

Thanks

Mine is holding up well. After a few months of daily use I have had no problems. Vapes great, good eliquid capacity, and the battery lasts me longer than any other pod system I have tried. I do not believe it will take the .7 ohm coils but have not confirmed that. I did not like it at first because it felt cheap in the hand but it has held up well with no issues with pod clips. I did customize the paint, I did not like the red and bronze that I purchased. I would get one.

Had the same issue with a Breeze 2 recently. Dropped it on ceramic tile floor where it broke the clips that keep the pod in place. I've dropped it a few times so not sure if it was this time or a cumulative effect from previous drops which did it. It was one of two which I bought in June. The other is working just fine but it did not get the same use of the other Breeze 2.

I bought the Nautilus AIO about 2 months ago and never had that happen. Probably due to it not being dropped so it has not taken the same abuse. The build quality of the AIO feels cheep so not sure how it would fare if it were dropped as it is plastic. So I guess that was a long winded way of saying no, I've not had that problem with the AIO.

Nautilus AIO: No issues here, at just over two months in.
I do not believe it will take the .7 ohm coils but have not confirmed that.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I think Aspire mention it in a thread here somewhere, and I tried it when I got the device. It didn't work. (AFAIK, the 1.2 ohm Triton Mini coils won't work either, although I haven't tried).

I have both devices. Never had any sort of problems with them.
The Breeze 2 is of superior construction, definitively more expensive and durable.
But.
Breeze coils can only be found online and are more difficult to source. Many dealers here haven't restocked them after the initial marketing wave.
Also, the Nautilus vapes much better, both as volume an flavour. Breeze 2 coils have a slightly better lifetime.

I will be retiring the Breeze 2 with much regret, as soon I run out of coils - I bought five packets (25 coils).

The Breeze 2 is a really well made device, but the Nautilus AIO pods are of a slightly different mechanical design, and therefore don't fit on the Breeze 2. Aspire could have easily made them compatible, but I believe marketing reasons had precedence.
The Nautilus AIO has that feeling of cheapness that bugs me.

But the Nautilus coils are the key: you can find them in all vape shops; and I have a long theory of MTL tanks (Kabuki, Triton mini, etc), a number of WWTF Nautilus RBAs, a wide ecosystem of parts which force my hand toward it.

Ideally, an aftermarket Nautilus AIO pod which fits the Breeze 2, would represent the best from both worlds.

You do realize you can rebuild the coil heads in the breeze 2 don't you ??
The only reason I chose the breeze 2 for an out and about stealth was that ability.

I opened a Breeze coil mostly to understand the U air flow, and yes I noted they are very spacious and easy to rebuild.
While I regularly coil and wick my RTAs, refill many kinds of pods when necessary, I tend to be lazy. So, during the week, do not put any effort into vaping which is not vaping itself; therefore is drop in all the way; Nautilus coils for MTL, Geek vape X1 mesh for DTL, and Fit and Juul for small pods.
Having the Nautilus coils also for the pods, is a great time saver.
Thanks for the heads up...

I was just trying to save you some money. Vaping for me is about rebuilding everything. From RDA's to tanks if I can't rebuild I won't buy it. I enjoy that part of vaping, not having to spend money and do it myself.
I was not trying to make you mad with that post about rebuilding the heads though just did not know if you knew that's all.

The whole Breeze thing seems kind of odd, given the Nautilus / BVC system. Sorry - I know that contributes absolutely nothing to the thread, but still. It just seems kind of... reduntant? Why aspire didn't go straight to the Nauty AIO escapes me.

Rant over. Thank you.
My guess is they were working on the AIO at the same time the breeze 2 came out ,on the assumption that other companies were making AIO devices ??

I personally just wanted a small stealth out and about, plus I got it at a sale price like $5 off or something like that.

....that part of vaping, not having to spend money...

I am definitely not in that part yet...

Aspire made three pod system in three months, one year after they released the original Breeze.
I have all three, but in hindsight, if I had the wisdom to wait, I would have bought only the Nautilus AIO.
The Spryte, the only one to be regulated, is badly overpowering the BVC coils, with no means to downpower.
Aspire, like many of the other vape manufacturers, seems not to have an industrial roadmap, rather jumping on any trend which keeps their production lines in almost febrile activity.

Don't feel bad neither am I ?
