We're always hearing about bad customer service - I want to post an instance of just the opposite.

I got an ipv Mini V2 from MVS in March. Was really enjoying it until I dropped it once too often... So I e-mailed MVS to ask where to send it for service and they sent me a postage-paid label so they could check it out. Didn't hear from them for about a week and thought I'd e-mail them to see how it was going. But before I could get the e-mail out, I found a package from them in my mailbox. Hoping they'd been able to fix it, I ripped that thing open - and it wasn't my ipv. It was a brand new one!

I am so happy and so pleased with MVS' service. I don't buy a lot of hardware, but you can be sure I'll be getting whatever I do get from them from now on.

I've only started ordering from them (my last two purchases). Never really thought about purchasing from them because being that they're based in NY and I am as well, I have to pay sales tax. However, because they ship so fast, to me it is worth it to pay a few bucks more. My last order I placed it on a Friday at 2:30 pm and the package was delivered to me by the postman the next day.
