So I got myself a multimeter just now.bought a digital one for ard 16bucks.

Here it is with different clocks

I watched a few videos on youtube and all I could figure out was to measure the ohms.

Can someone tell/explain to me how do I

A)measure amps for batteries?

B)measure the volts ?

Thanks :)

For low ohms (ecig) use the 200 at 6 o'clock
For battery voltage use to 20 at about 10 o'clock
You can't measure amps in a battery, amps are determined by volts and ohms.
V / R = I (volts divided by ohms equals amps)
Just a double check so I got
4.2v for my battery.
Ohm .7 for my coil.
So I divide these?[emoji46] [emoji28]

Yes, and if you want to check yourself, the answer is 6 amps (highlight to read).

Then the power that you are using is volts squared divided by the resistance, or current squared multiplied by the resistance, or the voltage multiplied by the current. And that is 25.2 watts. (Highlight again)

Yeap,thats what I got with the ohms calculator:)thanks a lot mate!![emoji41]
Just one moie question, how low of voltage do I have to charge my batteries again?

Feels good to be going on the right track[emoji4] [emoji4] [emoji4]
Charge your battery when you notice a drop in performance or when they are 3.4 to 3.2v at the lowest for maximum battery longevity. Running them lower can cause damage to a imr chemistry cell.
