Hospital admissions for me. Must have been my nerves. vaping is so automatic to me that sometimes I don't think or realise I'm doing it. I realised soon enough to be discreet though.

I haven't been vaping long, but I caped on a local train going to Nurnberg last week. They banned smoking on trains a while ago. But there was only 1 other person in the car and they were facing away from me.

I was in the parking lot of the grocery store the other day and took a hit while I was walking in. This older woman saw me and you would have thought I was taking a hit off of a .... from her reaction. LOL
At the hospital seeing my mother-in-law... got chased down by security and when I held up my PV he said "oh it's one of those vaporizer things" and I told him yes and he says "wow there is no smell, you can smoke if you want to then". I keep waiting for some random person to come up and ask what it is, I have my spare drip tips ready for 'em!
Yer right... Paranormal Activity 4 and not many people in the theatre is pretty much redundant!
Anyhoo... I don't get out much, so the furthest I've pushed it is the bathroom at the indoor soccer fields. Man I'm lame. My overall view on it is pretty much the same as smoking. If smokers can't, I try not to. I didn't pick up vaping to "smoke" where I couldn't before... and after years of bans, it's not hard to follow the smoking rules. Except in my own house where I go nuts!
Figure we should not push it. Seems detrimental to "the cause" if we do. I dunno...
I've stealth vaped in airplanes during trans-pac flights, but I hide under the blanket and only take one or two puffs. I've also stealth vaped during movie screenings, but I usually stay in the last row. In groceries and restaurants, I take a puff every now and then.
Last week I was vaping at my vets office waiting for shots for my dog. The lady at the front desk saw me and started vaping to. We just smiled at each other. It was great!
Driving my VERY CRITICAL 86 yo mom around town running errands. I stealth vaped with her in the front seat & she never said a word.
For me, that was the most dangerous place to vape!!! LOL

I will never understand the need some people have for negative attention. And to the poster that got annoyed at the mother with the two children, get over yourself. Those kids don't know the difference between vaping and smoking. People that want to throw vaping in everyone's faces and get all confrontational about it do none of us any favors. Your rights end where the other person's begin.
it was dodger stadium!! watching the brewers vs. dodgers!!! i got through the first 2 innings taking a few rips.. then in the 3rd inning the security guard gave me a warning that i need to take it to the smoking area... i even tried to say it was just an electronic cigarette and that i wasn't smoking.. but he knew what it was and said it's still not allowed in the bleacher area and to take it to the smoking area
I'm not very brave. 
From time to time, after the 'big bosses' have left the building, i'll have a quickie in the ladies room if no one else is in there. I think someone else in the building must be doing it too. The room is very well ventilated, but the other night when I went in there I swear I smelled a tobacco blend.

Vaped in the urgent care clinic when I had to take a trip, did it out of sight though... I also don't like explaining myself to people I don't know.
Out on the Disc golf course every day. not too taboo, but plenty of people are curious as to what i'm doing and how it tastes.
Lol, great thread! Other than playing pool at a couple bars, the most public place I've vaped in was a theater. Was out with a couple friends seeing Ted when it came out. About 3/4 through the movie, the projector shut off(Montana is awesome like that!) I volunteered to go talk to the staff. Needless to say it was very dark in the theater and I stole a few puffs on the way down the steps. Good times
this is bad...at my wife's cousin's funeral. i had just given up smoking and went to vapor full time. i had my twist and a dct filled with casablanca. people looked at me like i was smoking crack, but it was imperative that i got my fix...what can you do?

Shhhhh, don't tell, but I vaped in the bathroom stall at my sons' elementary school! I was volunteering and had been there for a couple of hours with 25 excited 5 and 6 year olds!
Smoking was allowed on the hindenburg.......woops baaaaadddd idea !!!!!
No I did not vape in the State Capital building while we were trying to prevent them from making it against the law to vape in a public building here because some IDIOT vaped in a taboo place, and ticked off a congressmen!
