Go to your local liquor store and pick up a bottle of everclear.
It's dirt cheap (I bought a 375 ml for $10)
Uses:
1. Cleans. I know some people swear by the vinegar method, but everclear works well in cleaning atomizers, cartomizers, and battery nodes.
Get a shot glass fill it up with everclear and drop your dirty atomizers in there.
Dip your battery node in it (if your battery is waterproof like the eGo is).
Dip your cartomizer thread in it.
This helps clean away all the extra eliquid that sometimes leaks out of attys and cartomizers.
Also, for cleaning, pick up some cotton swabs. Queue tips or gauze works great in drying off the everclear after cleaning. It also helps clean off battery and atomizer threads which can get sticky.
2. Taste. Is your ejuice starting to go bland? Put a few drops in your cartomizer or cartridge. Or put a few drops in your ejuice and mix it up for dripping.
Works like a charm to bring out sweetness and flavor that's starting to dissipate. Also helps with adding a little extra Throat Hit.
The only downside I've noticed is that vapor production decreases when added to eliquid.
