Looking back at the contest thread I saw this.
"Our tech team were trying to make a mesh rta for the Freemax Mesh Pro but the function did not reach our expectations, so basically you can use the rba section from the original Fireluke tank we launched before,"-Freemax Jerry
Hope they haven't given up on it.

The OG rba is a very good head, other than coming out with a single coil deck I doubt there is much room for improvement.

Cascade is a great tank. I do not own a mesh RDA so never tried one. Have a few coil RDA’s and I won’t say they are better or worse in flavour than the mesh tanks I own, just different. All very subjective so obviously YMMV
I agree..great tank. Going back 3 years or so they all tanks had one fault or another whether it was leaking, flavour or coil lifetime probs. That and bigger hit got me started on RDA's. I started smoking again and then when I quit again this year I bought this tank and it just works. The industry has finally got the engineering sorted out...and to think we were all being beta tested 3/6/9 years ago....kind of annoying. I fully expect that my mesh RDA will be better flavour than the cascade though when I try it.

Why should companies bother with beta tests when so many are so eager to jump on the "new product shiny" train before official release?
Perhaps you misunderstood it is always this way with design in manufacturing anything. The designers only get a few attempts before they release to market testing. This is why there are a lot of dodgy products on the market generally. The e cig market suffered more than most though.....So the way it goes is if it sells there is nothing wrong and if it doesn't they either scrap it or improve :D Always has it been so.

Has anyone compared either the FreeMax Mesh Pro or the Falcon mesh coils to the Vaporesso mesh coils with the same juice? I am pretty happy with the Vaporesso mesh coils in the NRG and Cascade tanks but would consider the Mesh Pro and or the Falcon for even better flavor.

I haven't tried the Mesh Pro or Falcon, but I have tried the Fireluke Mesh and Eleaf Ello Duro, and neither of them come anywhere near the NRG mesh coils. The Eleaf mesh coil gets dry after just a couple of tankfulls and the Fireluke mesh coil also burns out way more quickly. I have been considering the Fireluke Pro but I decided I am going to give the Vaporesso SKRR setup a chance first. Have 2 of them on preorder. Those coils are much different than the NRG coil (QF and SK series) but I will have the option of a ceramic coil, which is still my preferred coil for flavor (Freemax Starre Pure is still my #1 favorite for flavor and longevity). I love how this new tank has mesh and ceramic options, though. Vaporesso is saying that the mesh QF coil has "insanely rich flavor" but the QF strip coil has the longest life. We shall see some time later this month! :)

I have been very happy with my NRG tanks and mesh coils, tried the ceramic was less than impressed. The Skrr looks promising but want to wait until I can read some reviews on it.

The vaporesso coils are for the cascade, right? Or do they make them for the NRG as well? I haven’t seen them, if they do. Im not opposed to getting a Cascade too though.
I have the Cascade Baby. I get better flavor from rebuildables. Not completely sold on mesh, the Mesh pro is too harsh on my throat. I'll see what happens come december when allergy season ends.

I like all of the GT coils and I am really hoping I like all of the SKRR series of coils as well. I don't actually NEED a new tank and a whole new set of coils to buy, but I want one, lol. I am getting the whole Luxe kit, which only comes with 2 of the new coils for the SKRR, so I ordered just the tank, too. The tank is supposed to ship next week and I think the kit is due to ship 5 days later but you never know. I will be sure to post my thoughts on the coils when something arrives. :)

Need to work on my abbreviations and acronyms – had to look up both DT and FT!

@Letitia – Yes that “child safety” lock drip tip on the SKRR tank is unnecessary. However, it will accept an 810 drip tip…whether they fit snug enough is a different story. As always, YMMV

Leave a child with that tank for a moment of time and I can guarantee they will figure it out. With todays digital age they’ll probably Google it and have that tank disassembled faster than any adult can perform.

Never heard of Coil Father. They do not have mesh coils listed on their website but found some online retailers selling them. Don’t want to say anything negative about Coil Father for I have no experience with them. But these rebranded OEM products don’t give me the warm a fuzzies.
