Just managed to get a drop of hot e liquid menthol 24mg in my eye. It could have landed anywhere!! Sheesh. My eye burned so bad with the menthol as well as nicotine. Flushed it with water but am now concerned about damage. It's so red and bloodshot. I'm really safe with my e liquid, I was just using my itaste with a Iclear 16 and threw my arm up and bam! Has anyone had any experience of this?

I haven't, but do you have any saline solution? Contact solution? I'd flush for at least a couple of minutes.

It's late at night here but I will get someone to look at it tomorrow ASAP. Still have vision and am feeling ok, if any of that changes I will go to an emergency medical place! Can't believe how unlucky I am.

As with any chemical in the eye, flush for 15 mins with water. There is nothing I have read about it causing any damage, and there have been a few threads about this over the years, so there is no need to go to emergency. There have been people who have actually mistook their bottles of ejuice for EYE DROPS!!! But they were fine, if not embarrassed and in pain. Do you have saline drops? If you are still worried tomorrow you can follow up with your doctor but the redness should clear up; eyes are pretty amazing in how they heal. It's most likely the menthol that is causing the burning sensation. Ouch.

My first attempt at removing a bridge froma drip atty; kind of butchered it. Looked directly into it to make still the coil was still heating up, and some excess juice popped, and I got an eyefull. Seeing as it's just PG, VG, and flavoring, I kind of just laughed uncontrollably for 5 minutes with my right eye closed waiting for the burning to subside, and my eye to flush itself out. Splashed some water in it, and had a good vape on my newly de-bridged atty!
Kind of hurts, yeah, but I don't believe I've had any negative repercussions...but go see a doctor if you're concerned!
